Total Wines is a classic. They have an awesome selection of everything with great prices. Usually sell out of stuff like Moet Rose because their prices are so good but there is so much variety to choose from. I like coming here when I need to buy gifts

This liquor store has so many options! An adult version of a candy store. Alex provided amazing customer service from helping us find a seltzer that was not on the shelf to finding a red blend wine. We also tried a new vodka, plum flavored plush vodka. It was so good! We paired with pineapple juice!
We will be back!

What a fantastic store! There are rows and rows and rows of wine everywhere you look, but it's nicely organized by region as well as type of wine. The employees are visible throughout the store, and are very friendly. They also have other spirits and adult beverages (i.e. Vodka, hard seltzers, etc.), but I didn't visit those areas. I found my Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Gris with no issue. There are a vast array of price points, so there's something for everyone. Also, there are regular sized shopping carts as well as smaller ones to fit your shopping needs. At checkout, we were offered a bag or a box, and since we had 5 bottles, we opted for the box. This is a great option to have, in my opinion. What a great store! I'll definitely be back!

Love this place, was a little disappointed when I found out they didn't carry the Twisted shots variety pack like the one on 17th street does

The Manager I don't know his name called me drunk and said I couldn't buy from them anymore today thing is I don't drink I only brought in a keg I bought for my wedding I love coming here but now I don't ever want to come back.

Very unpleasant experience. Walked in one early morning with my work uniform on (Construction) and was completely invisible. Recieved no service, no help, not even a good morning. Unable to find the expensive bottle of wisky for my friends birthday gift I searched desperately to find. Just gave up and went else where to find it. Won't be going back here.that's for sure. Walked past about 5 staff members and not a ounce of help or assistance.

Clean, HUGE, customer service oriented wine, beer, and spirits store. Staff friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to walk you to the product you're looking for or offer suggestions.

Great Customer service at the Coral Springs location, ask for or find Harrison, he was extremely helpful. I also had a tasting of get this, "Butter Pecan Moonshine" absolutely delicious, bought a bottle, little pricey but tastes really good to be moonshine

Ordered at 11am. Chose a delivery time from 1 to 2 PM. Came exactly at 1 PM. Everything I requested was in my package delivery guy was super nice and professional. Delivery fee was free. Great experience I will definitely do it again.

Awesome store. Easily the biggest liquor store I've ever seen. Easy to work with too. Picked up about $800 worth of beer and wine on a Friday, and returned about $200 of the unused, unopened wine Monday. Easy peasy. Will use again, easy to recommend.

Beautiful liquor store on University Dr. Big, clean and well distributed. Fantastic selection and prices. They have a tasting station and the lady was very nice and helpful.

Everyone knows where everything is. Asked for a specific wine that I got there before couldn't find it, was given something different to try. Didn't like it.

It's an adult paradise. Everything you could ever need for your bar. The prices are reasonable and the choices are endless. There is educated staff that can help you chose, whether it's wine or scotch. Oh, and the tastings too. Total Wine is always my choice for all things alcohol based.

I never felt like a shop lifter until today. Clerks watching me instead of assisting me to find the item I was looking for. Anyway, 1 clerk had enough common sense to walk me to a variety of items to meet my want. I will never visit this store again. Don't ever judge a book by what it look like. Just assist a customer.

By now we all know how much I love Total Wines. I frequent the Boca Raton and Plantation Stores whom both have excellent customer service. But this Coral Springs Location was despicable.

Myself and my sister in law were shopping for our mother's birthday party and first stopped by the individual mini bottles racks to get some party favors. Literally picked up at least 50 mini bottles and placed them in our basket. While there I noticed two different sales rep peek over and come by not really doing anything except shuffling around items to seem as if they were working. After us being in that section for maybe 10 mintues getting bottles of all sorts we moved on.

The next part is what infuriated me. As we went from isle to isle I noticed a particular dark haired sales rep followed me on all 3 isles. Now at this point im fully at attention. While walking in the store I then saw 2 more sales reps come near me peeking over our shoulders. Keep in mind no one has spoken to us. Ask if we need help, a simple hello, or anything outside of glancing in our basket several times. I counted at least 6 times.

Fast forward to the last isle as coming around the corner we were meet by I suppose a manager who oddly comes around the corner looks into our cart and says hey are you finding everything okay. The point im getting to why are you constantly not making eye contact but looking into our cart. The other employees did the exact same. No pleasantries or anything just looking into our cart as if they are looking to confirm something. At this point im annoyed I keep walking when he speaks to me. This was by far the most disgusting interaction I have ever had in a total wines. Just to be exactly clear I want to fully set the scene. From where we are coming around the corner you can see the isles in front and the cash register. When coming around the corner we saw the manger going towards another isle. He then held his ear and earpiece then looked over our way. Said something then began to come around the corner area were we now were. Gets to us says what he says all while looking into my basket rather than me.

As we walked to the front there were also 2 large wet spots with some sort of liquid on the floor and just a wet floor sign. No one was doing the job they were paid to do. This was dangerous. The water or liquid was so wide spread beyond the signs, no one was in site saying be careful or anything.

At the front our cashier basically ignored us while she casually had a conversation with the same lady whom made her way down every isle we were on and now she's speaking to our cashier. How convenient. The staff here was disgusting, rude, inattentive, not welcoming, and very prejudice and judgemental.

I would never shop here again. In total myself along with my sister in law spent well over $250.00. But despite the large amount, it could of been $1.00 or none at all. Respect is deserved and expected. The staff here is unfit and bias. Avoid this location if you can.
