27Love shopping in the store. Everyone is so knowledgeable & friendly. They will always help you choose your needs. Great customer service! I would of given 5 stars however, I need to minus 1 star. I'm a club member & recieve many coupons. Today I had a 15% off coupon on 6 bottles of wine. They never told me it's not on all the wine bottles only some. So I had the discount on 2 bottles only. They should of explained that to me before I purchased. I only was aware of it when I arrived home.
They have "everything", but overrated and overpriced. Not the bargain wine shop most people think it is.
Everything I want to hear is cheap and it's good and it's not even that far away from the house in walking distance or a bus right it doesn't matter it'll go to one or more of the best place I've been going to end cheapest prices
The staff is very helpful and willing and pleasant to help you find what you're looking for or to order what you're looking for
This place has everything! Upon walking in, I was overwhelmed with that feeling I got as a kid going into toys r us! One of the gentleman who was stocking in the aisle we were in heard us talking about looking for something specific and he brought us together to it. We didn't even have to ask for his help. 10 stars on customer service alone!
Not your friendly neighborhood liquor store. Great selection. Staff knowledgeable, but not joyous. If you want it, theu probably have it, but don't expect much in the way of human to human interaction

Best value for Franzia Wine 9.49 for 3 liter! My favorite place to buy wine if you haven't checked it out do so now. Also they have free wine tastings which is another plus!
