Total Wine & More, Orlando FL

We visited this store recently for the first time. It is like ABC liquor store.on steroids! Great service from Gabriela and Sara.

I've been shopping at Total Wine & Spirits less than a year and I have not been disappointed. It's the only place I will shop for my alcoholic beverages whether it's wine or liquor. Give it a try.

First time visiting this store. I was amazed at the product selection and their prices. Unfortunately the joy I felt throughout the shopping experience disappeared during checkout. The line was not that long, but the cashier was taking so much time, that ultimately I spent more time checking out than actually shopping. Not a great first experience.

Great place with LOTS of selections. If you want advice, their employees are wonderful. Highly highly recommend.
Also, if you are moving and need good boxes, check them out.

(December 2021 UPDATE) This location continues to impress in all ways possible. Clean, organized, good inventory, and VERY helpful employees who routinely offer opinions that I completely trust. It is VERY easy to recommend to others. GO! Enjoy the browsing/shopping experience.

This store has the most amazing selection of everything from mixers to fine alcohol and wines. The people and vendors are very helpful and knowledgeable. Other retailers just don't compare to this store.

Terrible customer service. Purchased a keg of Shock Top from them. Brought it home immediately and had foamy beer. I had the keg for nearly 2 weeks attempting to diagnose something wrong with my system. I frequently purchase kegs and I know some can be trickier than others. I couldn’t believe this was happening with shock top. Last night I decided to look at the main keg seal. Gasket was cut and jammed to the side. I attempted to exchange the keg for another and she would not accept it. She claimed it had been two weeks and with her hand on the top stated the keg was hot. I explained the very top is warm but it was cold near the bottom. It was ice cold. 20 min ride from my house. She would not feel the keg. I wasted 2 weeks time, 120$ keg and 40$ of co2. Trash company. Drop in the bucket to them. I wish I had taken a picture.

I Love this Store! Just wish it was closer to my house! They have so many brands of liquor and I always wind up looking around for at least an hour when I go! ️

So, I went today to buy some bitters and dry curaçao. Big Store, lots of stuff. Had a valid ID, my US passport card and my passport. Clerks at the store said they couldn't accept those valid IDs because they were not something they see everyday (?). I was looking forward to buying some stuff there. Got out dissapointed.

Great deals on a lot of my favorite alcohols- often way cheaper than the local grocery stores for the same brand! On weekends they often have sample tables set up so you can run around trying new things to buy! It's dangerous- love this place!

Just when you think the the world is turning a little friendlier and positive. An hourly cashier after being asked a simple question, let me know how important he was by belittling me. Been shopping there for years. It's been a minute, so they rearranged the products. I went right to where the Tequila had been forever. I simply asked if they had moved it. The snippy response was. "it's been in aisle 6 for 6 months". Sorry to bother you. Lotsa places to buy what I need. A simple aisle 6 would have sifficed. Have a happy life.

My liquor store. Period. Staff. Selection. Clean. Easy to navigate. Staff knowledge. I seek out Total Wine when I'm in a new town.

When you ask certain associates question on certain products, they will tell you to give them a second, they'll be right back and don't return. It has happened both times that I have been to this location

Bad people, no product, I asked for help and they are very stupid, at the checkout I realized that there was an item missing, there was to be 4 cans and there was only 3 that was damaged. It was raining a lot, she told me to leave the store to get another cart in Chuva, the worst store in the Orlando area! Very bad! Lack of product and employees do not seem to like working here.

Im only giving one star because it wont allow me to give 0. Im on vacation and went to total wine, this was my second time since ive been here, I found what I wanted and then proceeded to the counter to pay and leave I presented my Caribbean ID only to be told im not able to purchase alcohol at their store, I guess im only 26 in the Caribbean. Company policy somehow does not recognize that I am within my right to drink and purchase alcohol because I am from abroad. Ridiculous. Mind you I had purchased a bottle of wine from that exact location a week before.
