I have been here many times. I recently was given an appointment at another office. I was shocked at how it is run. Not only was my test not done properly, unless the have new equipment I'm unaware of, but I was billed and should not have been. It took awhile to straighten that out, but after I received the 2nd bill and more phone calls they finally made it right. As far as the testing I need to have it redone. I will stick with the Bell Shoals office.

Don't know why, but was unable to talk to anyone or make an appointment today. The response I got was just, "Enter the number of the extension you want! " That was it and was disconnected!

Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the electricity was out at the center in the morning when I was scheduled and had to wait til 2: 30. I was starving! Techs were great.

Have been here many times over the last few years. Staff up front and radiology staff have been wonderful to deal with. All questions are always answered. I've been able to get appointments that accommodate my schedule.

They are the best in the area. The staff are very professional. They know their job. Very devoted people work there. Conveniently located. Love the place and their service. Thanks

Angela Rivera was so incredibly helpful in scheduling my 85 year old mother's PET scan and MRI. Angela helped coordinate our insurance authorizations with the primary care doctor and made multiple phone calls to be sure my Mom was able to get the quickest possible appointment. We initially had a mixup with an earlier appointment (which Angela was NOT involved with) and Angela stepped in with such a great, helpful and compassionate attitude. She made everything perfect and I hope that Tower values her and rewards her. My Mom and I are so grateful for Angela's help and for all the staff at the Bloomingdale/Bell Shoals Tower location. Every time we've visited, the staff has been exceptional. Thank you to Angela and all the staff for making such a difference!

The employees are always very courteous and efficient. ALBERTO WENT OVER AND BEYOND TO HELP ME. HE IS SO kind.

Jessica at the front desk was awesome! She really cares about people and handled a situation with ease and exceeded my expectations. Tower Imaging is very lucky to have such a compassionate and effective employee. Thank you Jessica for helping my 95 year old grandmother. You are the BEST!

I get my mamo here every year. The tech is always so pleasant and asks me about my family and takes the time to make you feel comfortable. She is a gem!

Annie solved the report snafu and resolved my problem communicated by my oncologist. Everyone is always helpful and efficient at the Bloomingdale office.

Need chest X-ray. Can’t make appt for this simple service.walk in only. Wait time ridiculous. Tower does not respect patients time. Why are we your customers not able to make an appt for this simple process is beyond me. Our time is just as valuable as your time tower radiology. Stop acting as though patients are just in your way. I’ll go elsewhere that respects me as a patient.

I arrived at 12: 18 for a 12: 30 appointment. Waited 48 minutes and then they said it’s because I arrived at 12: 52 and there was someone else getting an MRI. Great failed attempt at their mistake for taking someone before me. I walked out. I would recommend using another Tower location. This one is notorious for not keeping appointments and getting the order of patients messed up.

Upon my daughter's primary doctor's referral, we visited the center without an appointment. But we felt we were welcomed. Waiting time was reasonable, clean office, and employees were very helpful.

I needed a STAT ultrasound of my right arm due to a possible DVT as ordered by Urgent Care. I went directly to the Bloomigdale location since I had been there before. I did not have an appointment. Even though they were very busy, they were very kind and able to fit me in ASAP. I greatly appreciate the front office staff and the kind technician. Thank you!

The staff was very kind and professional. The tech that performed my autitic daughter's MRI was so sweet to find the video game music she requested to keep her calm and still during the imaging.
