This community is a very quiet, beautiful place to live. The lake views and preserves makes the neighborhood very tranquil. The homes and common areas are meticulously maintained. The community is family oriented, the association’s social committee has several events throughout the year. The only downside, they do not have a kids playground or community pool/clubhouse. However, there’s a mini golf course and Lee Community park both located about a mile from the community. Conveniently located near Lee Blvd for all your necessities. No issues with the HOA since moving in.
