Horrible. After being there for almost 2 hours they told me I had to make an appointment to come back for a dental cleaning that they wanted to charge me above what my insurance covers. DON'T GO THERE.

Amazing staff, amazing doctors/assistants, great prices, friendly front desk, what else can you ask for! Definitely recommend:)

Fake reviews. Been coming here for years unfortunately. They billed my insurance for a deep cleaning they never actually performed, now they can claim I need "periodontal maintenance" cleanings out of pocket instead of my 6 month free cleanings. Every single person who goes to this clinic suddenly has pockets and needs a deep cleaning and special expensive cleanings that insurance doesn't cover. They do this on purpose because they make no money on free cleanings. Every time I come here I'm told I have pockets and need antibiotics in my gums. If I had such bad periodontal disease like this place claims then why have they never recommended I see the Periodontist who works here? Ridiculous. Every person I know who uses this place has had the same experience. I went to 2 other places for second opinions and they said my gums are fine and this place is just money hungry. And before you reply saying you can't find my name in your system, I'm obviously using a fake name here.

I went in on a emergency basis. I have a very noticeable tooth break two days before my wedding. Maritza and Dr Chieu came to my rescue. They were able to use materials in the office to create a replacement tooth for me as a temporary emergency fix. This tooth looks so incredibly real. It feels like my natural tooth. They saved my wedding and my feelings from disaster. Maritza is incredibly talented. She is a asset to this office. Thank you Towncare Dental for saving my wedding and my mental well bieng.

Greetings, almost 10 years coming to this office. As a pilot I am extremely detailed and require perfect dental care. I highly recommend this office.
The front desk staff and senior manager are of excellent quality, very helpful, kind, considerate.
I have two favorites that I am very impressed with:
Dentist "Sylvestre" is a true professional, almost an artist, and listens to your concerns.
Hygienist "Dime" does an impeccable job at teeth cleaning and is very conscientious.
There are many negative people in this area, ignore them and their reviews. Blessings and positive thoughts.

This office is unprofessional with scheduling.the doctor takes several vacations and makes up excuses for having to schedule multiple appointments. Refused clean the same day of xrays.i came in for emergency, doctor down played my pain and advised to make appointments 3 months out.

This is the second time the hygienist pulls my gums out without asking or saying what she was doing. When she finishes she tell me she now needs to put an antibiotic $140.

I went in last December they pulled the same card -paid $120 for the so called antibiotic. I made another appointment in April that I was going to pay to avoid to have to pay another deep cleaning. They cancelled my April appointment and said there’s nothing till June. I went in today and again she wants to bill me another $160 for the antibiotic after she pulled my gums without my acknowledgment.

I went to another dentist in April to get a cleaning and explain what they told me. He said this was a way for them to make money on patients and that my teeth did not need any deep cleaning. I used plax, floss, water pick and Sony toothbrush. I went today to test if they were gonna do the same and sure enough!

The owner is the Asian dentist and all of the front staff was replaced with new people. Something doesn’t seem right.

Love this office! I went here for my wisdom teeth removal and teeth cleaning and all the staff are very kind and friendly. Would definitely come back for any other procedures I need:)

I arrived 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment and waited approximately 10 minutes before the hygienist came into the reception area and called out my name. Hygienist was proficient and remembered I always request the usage of a Cavitron and no fluoride during my semi-annual cleanings All-in-all, I'm very pleased with my latest appointment.

Dr. Rodriguez and the staff are always great. He takes the time to explain and provide an amazing service.

The staff at Towncare Dental are friendly, courteous, and provide prompt service. The dental hygienist provided a gentle, thorough cleaning. Dr. Chiu has been my dentist for many years and has always provided excellent care at reasonable rates. There are various pay options that make paying for more extensive work reasonable. I would recommend Homestead Towncare Dental to anyone who needs excellent care.
