Amazing place to stay and the front desk was very pleasant, accommodating and helpful! Breakfast had a great selection of items and coffee was available all day which was a + for me. It was in walking distance of a Cuban restaurant which was absolutely delicious! Never had Cuban and the grilled chicken was spot on. Would stay again if in the area! Oh and the king suit was huge, clean, with fridge, half kitchen, microwave and garbage disposal. You’re welcome!

I returned to the hotel after 3 years, I found it poorly maintained, the rooms are dirty, and the worst thing is the cleaning system, you have to request an appointment and if you don't do it quickly they run out. The very expensive parking and the barriers on the north side did not work, they were always open, if you charge so much for that service you have to be careful with the barriers because in the end anyone can enter and leave. Finally one night a cleaning woman entered the room without knocking, I really don't know what she wanted to do. I would not return and I would not recommend it either, judging by the appearance of the hotel they are going to have to lower the prices because it is not worth what it costs.

Very charming hotel, all comfort, close to the various Disney parks and benefiting from a free shuttle to get there, the rooms are very pleasant and cleaning is done rigorously every two days. The free breakfast is a real delight (eggs, muffin, sausages, Mickey waffle, etc.) There is something for everyone. The staff is extremely kind and patient considering we didn't speak English very well. A little shout out to our pretty and friendly receptionist Jasmine who has always been patient and very pleasant. We will gladly come back.

Fine Hotel and good locage! We received a good treatment and service in special for attendant Mrs. Frances for your attention and service. My only observation is for the room cleaned, I guess it should be better.

The rooms are nice but a little old model. The staff wasn't willing to resolve my request right away first day of check-in as I am a Marriott bonvoy member and the system showed room types available they were saying were not to comp upgrade me to. However my close co-worker was upgraded on his reservation. So I guess it's who helps you. I had no other issues tho after getting that resolves. The ambiance was quiet and nice. Breakfast is pretty plain with same eggs and mickey mouse shaped waffles w/ either pork or turkey sausage and the other cold assortments. It gets very busy there so come early.

Great hotel. Conveniently located close to Disney. Very well kept, nice pool, great breakfast options and all around wonderful hotel.

Don't stay here unless you want your catalytic converter stolen from your car in their parking lot which has no cameras and the gates offer no protection. $27 a night for parking for a back gate that's open 24/7.

We prefer to opt for Marriott properties when we travel based on our previous stay experiences.we loved the overall stay experience, especially for family travelers. We didnt wanted to explore any other properties and with trust, booked this property and it stood well on our experience list.

The positive attributes:
1. A warm welcome and a smooth check-in.
2. Spic span room with kitchenette setting; a home away from home feeling. Cozy.
3. Complimentary coffee 24/7 in the lobby made our stay overwhelming.
4. The buffet breakfast had options considering traveler from everywhere around the world.
5. Room had all the required facilities, one seek on vacation.

I was hesitant to stay here after reading all the negative reviews but we were very satisfied with our stay. The front desk staff were kind and welcoming. Breakfast was great and bonus that it's included. My kids enjoyed the pool. It wasn't far from Disney which was really nice. The only complaint we have is the bathtub didn't drain so after our beach day it was completely full of sand at the bottom. We will definitely stay here next time!

The worst experience I ever had been Bonvoy member for over 10 years. I do business nationwide and Marriot has been my first option in hospitality but idk whats happening to Marriot but this time they did horrible. There's a girl called Fifi that treats us bad, made our experience miserable. Very unprofessional, helpless and unable to resolve situations. There's more than 3 people complaining for services, rooms, front desk plus a property like this big should have at least one manager on duty. There wasn't no even one manager able to resolve our situation not only mine but 2 or 3 more customers. I stayed 2 days in this place and those two days no managers, no supervisors, no assistant manager at all. Horrible experience. Breakfast area terrible, food terrible. Expensive for no reason. We greatly appreciate Alexander that was able to help some way.

Great hotel near Disney and Universal. Our stay was only one night, but every second of it was worth the stay. First of all, you are greeted by the welcoming front desk and are assigned a room almost immediately. The rooms were clean and the amenities were neatly organized. The pool is also a plus! Will definitely book here again next time

When entering my hotel room, the sheets were stained and I was greeted with one single roll of toilet paper that was wet for a 4 day trip for two people. Luckily the cleaning lady was near my room where I asked her for a new roll where we were given one with a brown mark on it and I also asked for new sheets and I was given new sheets that were also stained. So I decided to go down to the lobby to ask for more toilet paper and hopefully receive a roll that was clean. This is when the hotel receptionist gave me one single roll and I asked if I could please have one more where the hotel receptionist asked me how long I was staying where I had to explain that I was only given one dirty roll for a 4 day trip for two people and she finally gave me another roll of toilet paper. The receptionist nor the cleaning lady apologized for the uncleanliness of their hotel. I also don’t understand why the number of days I’m staying equates to my necessity of extra toilet paper. Cleanliness is not a priority at TownePlace Suites. I do not recommend staying here, there are better quality hotels to stay at near i-drive. The cleaning ladies also do not clean your rooms, they only tidy up your rooms and you have to ask them to clean your room 24 hours in advance, which you are told when you check in. I also asked to have my room cleaned on one of the days of my stay, where I told them the day before at 1: 00 pm. The next day I made sure to stay out of my hotel until 3: 30 ish pm when I came into a still unmade room. I had to call the receptionist to ask if my room was still going to be cleaned and I was told that they would remind the cleaning lady and that they don’t finish cleaning until 4: 30 pm, so I had to go back out for a couple of hours until they cleaned my room. When we finally came back, the tidying up of the room literally includes your bed being made and getting new towels, nothing was cleaned or wiped down. The drainage in my shower also did not work so I left a note for the cleaning lady asking if she could please look into it and nothing was done to fix the issue. Only good thing about this hotel was it’s proximity to everything. Never staying here again.

The carpet in the suite was damp and smelled like musty/moldy feet. If we allowed our baby to crawl on the floor, her hands would then smell like stinky feet.

To avoid her having to crawl directly on the floor, we asked housekeeping for more bed sheets. They informed us that housekeeping had not shown up for their shift and we would need to wait 15 minutes. The sheets did not show up until the next morning (about 10 hours later) after we had long since gone and gotten the sheets ourselves.

The hotel’s “locked” side doors to the outside were broken and always open, so anyone could have walked in.

There were no utensils in the kitchen.

Good location and the pool is decent with the water fountains and shallow area for kids hence the 2 stars.

Terrible service, they never answer the
Telephone and when they do they leave you on the line. They are poorly educated.

Great customer service, nice pool and have a nice breakfast in the morning. Also really good restaurant on site. Only about a 10 min drive or so to the parks. Would definitely stay here again.
