Townhomes at 770, Tallahassee FL

Great place to live. Very affordable and Great location. The amenities are great to use and the staff Sofia Rivera is an amazing worker and you can she is very honest and great at her Job.

Ms. Sophie was very accommodating, she is very welcoming and makes you want to move in soon as you walk in, highly recommend doing business with her

I could have asked for a better leasing agent Sofia was such a pleasure and worked diligently to make my leasing process and relocation smooth.

Ms sofia is so helpful! She does everything to ensure the process goes smoothly and really listens when you voice concerns or have any questions.she’s definitely great at her job!

Sofia was very sweet, informative, and understanding of my situation and definitely helped me out today!

Ms Sofia did everything she could to get me into an apartment. She got me approved and i was able to move in as soon as I wanted and too.

***Edit/Update: Please note; I do not have anything to say to the office; fix it, don't fix it. You have had 15 months, several conversation went unresolved for the first year, and what appears other unhappy tenants in this complex. Nothing I say at this point will change anything, and the fact is the time left on my lease is this month. It's time for all of us to move on

REVIEW BELOW:
Although, the staff in the office are friendly and I think generally want to do what is right, it’s impossible and apparently their hands are tied.

The gate at the front has never worked so don’t buy “we are waiting on a part” I have lived here 15 months, which means they had ample time "to get a part" allowing; anyone, everyone comes in, and they do. I’ve seen what appears to be very shady things, people coming in using pathway on ATV, people coming in parking and smoking pot; than leaving.

There are times you go for a walk and can smell the pot throughout the community regardless of time. My apartment most of the time smells like I am the one smoking; when in fact its not me! It comes through my vents from neighbors or neighbors smoking outside sitting on stools.

I would not suggest this to anyone due to the the things, I have witness during my 15 months here. I do believe, the office staff are great, and the maintenance guys do what they can to patch what they can. I have paid my last month’s rent and can’t wait to leave.

Again, all the staff are great and do what they can, with what they have to work with. I do blame the managing company who cares more for the pocket than for the community it owns and operates.

SOFIA RIVERA is the TRUTH! She showed me all the available townhouses so that I get to choose which one I exactly wanted! She is upfront and HONEST! Because of her wonderful and personable attitude I know I will enjoy living there. Also the community is clean and quiet. The maintenance men were also helpful in my townhouse choice. They reassured me that the area I picked would be perfect since I have a teenage daughter being that the neighbors around me really looked out for each other.
I am so HAPPY I found them

My time with TH 770 has been a bit rocky but Sophie was very helpful through it all. She made sure we were satisfied and accommodated. She honestly made the experience here better.

10/10 I highly recommend I honestly love it here. If the rent wasn't so expensive or even if something was included in the rent, I'll never leave lol. But I love the fact that it's quite and a safe place to live. The only thing I will say if you're not a cat person like me then I don't recommend. Cats are EVERYWHERE! And they're sooooo annoying. They will tear open your trash bags and have trash everywhere in front of your door. But other than the cats it's really a lovely place to rent.

I love the management here if I have any issues they always on top of it to resolve it I also like the maintenance team here as well every time I put in the work order they get the job done in a timely fashion A+ for me

Sofia was simply amazing! Her response time is unmatched as well as her willingness to get the job done. She was able to get me in a townhome in such short notice. I’m super grateful to have experience such great customer service.

Sofia was so helpful and kind, some of the BEST customer service! She gave an amazing tour of the property!

Sophie was a HUGE help! She replied very fast, helped me in any way possible, easy to work with, negotiable, and was able to answer any question that I had. Not to mention, the amazing tour!
