My 8 year old and I had no ride home when my car broke down and couldn’t drive home 45 minutes away from where we live. We got the best Tow truck driver who was so nice and made sure my son and I were comfortable and safe! I highly recommend Wolf!

I was using my AAA long distance towing. I wanted to take my SUV home to my mechanic. The local mechanic thought he could seriously overcharge me. AAA was being notoriously slow. At 29 hrs waiting (2am) Mark Wolf called. He was going my way. Had a wonderful trip from 2: 30-5am. Talked cars, car repair tips, RVs. If he calls you for a tow, say Yes! It's a blessing.

Horrible tow sevice that a dealership warranty sent out to me. After waiting 2 hours on the side of the interstate This tow company completely mangled the undercarriage cover on my new car. Dealership manager is trying to help me get the tow company to help cover the damages they caused. So far the owner is denying to help at all! Now they wont even answer a phone call. Unprofessional! I have before and after pictures to prove this tow driver damaged my car. Do not use this service ever! I know i certainly will not ever use them again! Before and after photos to show the damages this tow company caused! I will only take this down when this company makes this right and covers the cost of damages they caused.

Worst towing company ever.

I've waited 6 hours for a tow for my car through my auto insurance policy and they gave me ETA's stating 1 hour than 31- 41 minutes and than I don't hear anymore from this company. Don't get this tow service! STAY AWAY!

Just cannot say how awesome these guys are, I had a breakdown 85 miles from home on a Sunday after calling tons of companies these guys said yes. Where I had parked I had to move it immediately and was told if it wasn’t gone by morning they would have it impounded. Finally, Towpros came to the rescue- even though at the time the driver was 2 hrs away, after finding out my situation, the driver “Wolf” said he would come and get my truck. He then drove it back the 85 miles to my house. When my truck arrived it was 2am as Wolf was unloading the truck I casually asked him did he have to work all night, and that’s when I found out he actually was supposed to get off after his last tow that was 2 hrs away, but he stayed to help me out! WOW! I couldn’t believe that he help out a total stranger that way so tonight I got blessed by an Angel who drives a tow truck. Thank you for all involved that made this happen.

Lost a star because it took a while to get there and no one was answering the phone while I was waiting. But the guy was good, professional, and all went well once he got there. Would recommend, but I think they tend to get busy.

If I could rate zero stars I would. I have been waiting for five hours, and I am still waiting with no end time in sight. Was first contacted at 1pm with an ETA of 65-95 minutes. Okay, fine. I called at 2pm to get a better update and was told another hour. I waited until 4pm to call and receive an update, and was told the driver was 20 minutes away. All the while I was sitting at my desk in front of a window looking outside the front of my home. At 5: 30pm still no one has showed up so I called again and spoke to a different person who said the driver showed up and did not see my vehicle, tried to call me, and I did not answer. Which is an outright lie. I was looking outside the entire time and no tow truck ever drove by nor did I receive any call. So now I am forced to wait behind two additional vehicles for the night driver to get to me. This is absolutely, 100 percent, unacceptable. The photo the driver apparently took of my home is not my house. My car is sitting in the driveway clearly visible. My impression is this driver was approaching shift change and did not want to do my car. I wish I could cancel and use a different company but I am using the insurance of the at fault party for my car's damage. I hope I never have to deal with this company again. EXTREMELY unprofessional.

Austin was very quick and very professional and helped me get my car out of a difficult spot on the highway. Would trust him with my vehicle anytime, anywhere!

Working with Tow Pros made the unpleasant experience of being stranded on the side of the road much less stressful. Driver Josh was skilled, efficient, courteous and went out of his way to put me at ease. Hopefully I won't need to be towed again anytime soon, but if I do I know who I'll call.
