I called Tows R Us after we waited 3 hours for AAA. Prompt service and excellent communication.so good that we called them a day later for a second tow. Seamless process! I hope I don’t need them anytime soon but if you are in need this company is for you!

WORST COMPANY EVER! IM GOING TO SUE THIS COMPANY. MY CAR NOT EVEN ON THE FLAT BED AND I TOLD WALTER (the tow truck driver) NUMEROUS OF TIMES I HAVE THE DROP MONEY AND BY LAW YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO DROP THE CAR. HE CONTINUES TO LOAD MY CAR ON THE FLAT BED AND CONTINUE TO PROCEED I BANGED ON HIS WINDOW BECAUSE AT THIS POINT HE WAS IGNORING ME AND HE REVERSED WHILE I WAS STANDING BY HIS TRUCK AND RAN OVER MY FOOT. CONTINUE TO DRIVE OFF! I CALLED THE COPS AND COMPANY AND THE COMPANY DIDNT DO NOT A DAMN THING AFTER I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER. I PULLED UP TO GET MY CAR AND ONE OF THE OWNERS A FEMALE COMES OUT RAGING AND THREATENING ME AND TOLD ME TO GET MY CAR OUT HER YARD SHE TRY TO FIGHT ME THE OWNER OF TOWS ARE US TRIED TO FIGHT ME WHILE I WAS GETTING MY CAR. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND JUST OUT HERE TO GET YOUR MONEY!

We waited for AAA for 4 hours and no one showed. Called Tows r Us and he came in 10 minutes! Even diagnosed the problem for us. Highly recommend.

5 Stars! Highly recommend Tows Are Us! So professional, responsive, reasonably priced and also very kind! After waiting 5 hours for AAA to send a truck to our location on the FL Turnpike (which they never did), we contacted Tows Are Us and within minutes they had arranged for a truck to help us. Put this company's contact information in your phone right now - they will be there when you need them.

Had to use it due to an accident. Was dispatch by sheriff's office so no choice, and all of their rates are quite high. Would not recommend them for a standard tow.

Great driver so personable and response was immediate! I would ONLY use this company because if you call AAA THEY Will not come, he arrived very quickly! I saved their number in my phone for the future!

BEWARE: Extremely aggressive and dangerous driver! This is the SECOND time I have seen this tow truck aggressively driving on Southern Boulevard. Driver tailgates, speeds, and intimidates on the road. I would not advise doing business with this company. Go look at their one star reviews, someone else can testify to their reckless driving.

When KAUFF TOWING dropped the ball. I called the best and now I know to only call you. They showed up in minutes and were very informative and helpful. Thanks again for being there for me when I was stuck i. I95 at 6pm in horrible traffic all alone. TOWS R US rescued a woman stuck in her car on the side of the highway and only charged what was quoted and got my car to the dealership and dropped in a secure location.

I was stranded on the smaller shoulder side of the turnpike late at night evacuating a storm and Jay came out quickly and helped me and allowed my dog to ride with me. Really nice guy.

Car was completely dead and I got a notice saying that it would be towed same day. I called Tows Are Us and got a very affordable quote. Jay contacted me back within 5 minutes and was by my side within 15 minutes hooking my car up to be moved. Jay really made a very stressful situation a lot easier and doable. Travis the owner is a standup guy, took care of a 15 mile tow for almost 1/2 the price Sister's Towing was gonna charge me. My driver was also amazing, he did the tow while I was in another state, left the keys where I asked him to and took a picture of where he left the car, before he left

From the initial phone call to the drop off this is a class act company. Was onsite within 15 minutes if my call. Towed car to requested location. I rode in the truck which was clean. Everyone was extremely courteous, professional and friendly. Took a not so great situation for me and made it all ok. If you need a tow in the Palm Beaches this is the place to call!
