The service on the phone was super bad, I called to ask about the Sempertex brand, a brand that I have used and I didn't know it was available to buy in the USA and the service was very bad, the person who answered the call had little interest in customer service and he was little qualified to provide the information.

Here we found everything we were looking for and we also saw everything we might need to celebrate future festivities.

So glad I found this place. It can be hot being that it is a warehouse, some come prepared, but they have great customer service and a big selectionof products. Their website is pretty accurate. They actually answer the phones and are extremely helpful.

Everything is just perfect at the toy world. Everyone is very friendly, May is a very good person and an excellent businesswoman.

A good store to buy supplies for all kinds of parties! There are also toys, you can spend hours inside!

Wanna buy stuff for a birthday party and not break the bank this is the spot to go, lots of stuff to buy pretty affordable only downside parking hardly any parking but overall good spot

I've had an incredibly frustrating experience with Toy World, and I feel compelled to share it so others can be aware before doing business with them. I've been a wholesale customer for some time now, but the lack of customer service has reached an unacceptable point.

Firstly, they terminated my wholesale account without any notification. What's worse is that I was still able to log in, creating the illusion that my account was active. I went ahead and placed an order, only to find out later that it was canceled—allegedly at my own request, which is absolutely untrue.

This isn't the first issue I've had with Toy World. The way Calvin manages the business leaves much to be desired and creates a poor experience for loyal customers like myself.

If you're considering doing business with Toy World, I would urge you to reconsider. Their lack of transparency, poor communication, and shoddy customer service make it a business to avoid. There are plenty of other companies out there that value customer relationships and deliver on their promises.

Good Selection of party supplies, just some things are overpriced but you can find pretty much everything.

I understand why they have a policy of no exchanges or returns, because what they have there is broken, bad, dirty and rotten, I bought a metal “collection” car and when I took it out of the box the car door was broken, the Chinese one that He helped me and suggested that since I had a small child it must have been him, if she looked for another car and took it out of the box and it wasn't broken he wouldn't give me the money back, they really are scammers selling old rotten and dirty things. Zero empathy and customer treatment. Thieves

Not very happy with their customer service. I went in to buy things for my granddaughter’s bday. Among the many things there were 2 balloons…one of them flew high into the sky as I was trying to enter my car. Immediately I went in to tell my unfortunate moment to which I got no empathy whatsoever! I understand it is nobody’s fault …however the least they could do in my opinion is offer to at least fill the next balloon free of charge. By the way, I was so sad I did not buy another one and left with just one balloon. Not returning!
