Had a great experience when buying my husbands truck. Sales rep was friendly and not to pushy. Staff were helpful and very accompanying. Would buy from them again anytime!

Mario in Servicing us the reason I have purchased my cars at Deerfield Toyota for the last 20 yrs.

He is professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy.

He explains the details of any work performed, even if it is just regular maintenance.

He is a long-time employee of the dealership and very much an asset to the Company. He is an Associate that “always does the right thing” and makes the Customer feel good about the interaction.

As long as he continues to be a Service Associate at the Dealership, I will continue to purchase my car from Deerfield Toyota and recommend the dealership to others.

No service advisor noticed my presence standing in front of them for over 20 minutes. Not even to greeting me.
Then I gave up to leave my car for oil change when they estimated a 3 hours waiting for the service.
My first and last visit to this dealer.

Mr. Alex Williams was an AWESOME salesman! The young ladies were great! They went to each customer in the waiting area to see if we were okay and they also offered snacks! My overall experience was EXCELLENT!

Bait and switch tactics. Advertise the car on sale, then try to sit you down and sell the car at the MSRP price. Huge disappointment and waste of time.

I’m so happy with my purchase! Oswaldo Martin, Ana, Bahiano and Ingrid, are very nice people and helpful! Go there to take a look ask for Oswaldo Martin (seller) and go back home with a new car! “Estou muito feliz com a minha compra! I totally recommend Toyota Deerfield. They are extremely qualified and efficient.
Talking about services? They are very promptly and able to serve us with courtesy. Special when you have as Service Advisor Mario Dorestant. He is the best, very well qualified and attentive

Transparent, caring and personable dealer. My car salesman, Joel Salazar, was very professional and thoughtful, and took the time to make sure I was taken care of. The manager and finance department were amazing as well. I couldn’t speak more highly of Toyota of Deerfield Beach. They’re a great group of professionals.

First I would like to say i have purchased several cars from this dealership as I have always had a great experience. This time however has been unfortunate from start to finish. First this is not a reflection of our sales lady Kelly (She deserves five stars), she was amazing. It started on the first call I did my research and found a 2019 Avelon, color and trim was what I was looking for. I was told over the phone they were running amazing deals on this car with 5,000 off msrp. Came in and test drove the car and loved the new body style. When we sat to do the deal on the car I was told that amazing deal was on a leftover 2018 not the 19. I was naturally upset and let the manage know but did move forward with purchasing the 2019. The main issue came into play when we reached the finance office, the person they set us up with has been a nightmare to deal with. My paperwork was not correct when we went in causing a delay, I was asked towards the end to put Insurance on the car while my husband signed the paperwork as he was the primary purchaser. The car buying process took 8 hours longer than usual. At this point we were starving and wanted to get out and get some food and of course enjoy our new car. The next day witch was a Sunday I decided to look over the finance paperwork and noticed we were charged $2,500 for a service contract, $99.00 for Anti Theft, $698.00 Skylink and $598.00 for GAP insurance. I was shocked when I saw this because I stated to the finance guy that I wanted no add on's. I did however agree to the GAP. I asked my Husband if he was asked about these charges when he was signing and he said no, he just remembers signing as he was asked. I do blame myself as I should have stayed in the room while he was signing but was trying to speed up the process with the sales lady and was getting the insurance on the car. Once I noticed these charges I immediately notified Kelly on Sunday our sales lady and ask to speak to Jean in finance, she informed me to come in on Monday to talk to him. I came in the next day Monday and spoke with him and he stated he was going to remove the charges as stated. I followed up with him several times that week to insure he was removing the charges that he said he would. Its now been over a month and I have over 15 emails with this dealership trying to remove these charges, No one returns my calls. I was however able to cancel several thing on my own of coarse with cancellation charges. I am still out the skylink charges as no one will return my calls. I have notified Toyota corporate to file a complaint, they have stated to me that the dealer ship has declined to speak with me? I guess this is how they treat return customers. We paid over $45,000.00 for this car and the sad part of it is we love Toyota and love the car but this dealership has turned this experience into a nightmare. Toyota of Deerfield Beach has lost a customer as I would not purchase another car from this dealership.

From the moment I walked in the doors I was greet and helped by AJ and his striking smile. The process was so smooth, that he answered all of my questions before I could even ask them. He's very knowledgable and personable. By far the best sales man I've ever delt with. He comes highly recommended and I would refer anyone and everyone who is interested in purchasing a vehicle to him.

The staff did an excellent job and love it how they break everything down to me. They work their magic to have me walk out with a brand new car. Im so happy I came to this location. Christopher Collman is the man who help me with the process along with Ingrid Campos on the financing the car.

Great service. I was there with my wife and 2 kids for at least 5 hour and couldn’t ask for a better person to help us, please recognize Kelly Mustiola she made everything so easy and comfortable even with 2 small kids running all over. THANKS
