Melbourne Toyota did a great job fixing a really mysterious problem that turned out to be a bad bearing on our Toyota Avalon. It took two tries to really find it. Steve was the technician who rode with us twice on our first visit and the car wouldn’t make the noise. A bolt was was put in to hopefully solve problem where a part looked loose, but it didn’t. The second trip, Steve rode with us for an hour until the car finally cooperated and he identified the bad bearing. Amanda was the consultant on our first trip to get all the people involved in necessary repairs. Then our second trip in we worked with Bryan, another consultant, got all the warranty lined up. Our ride home is successful, so far. No bearing noises! Thank you!

I live in Tampa and choose to drive 2 hours to do repeat business with Toyota of Melbourne. We really enjoy working with everyone Toyota of Melbourne, but specifically Mike Durkin. He's sold SO many vehicles over the years to my family! I've been in the market for a larger SUV for my growing family and being that I live in Tampa, it's been difficult. Mike has been keeping me up with date with the incoming inventory and even willing to go above and beyond to find the perfect vehicle for us and track it down. He's communicative and respectful, NOT pushy at all like many others in the industry. We consider ourselves fortunate to work with him!

Update! Got an email to contact them, so I did and there was no communication back. Again prices are high all over but the lack of customer service here, and just being argumentative without reason. I'd advise to stay far away from them.

Not really impressed. My wife takes care of her vehicle very well. When something needs to be done she does it. Toyota needed to redo their paint and they had her car for a bit. Since then the top of the frame, left side of the windshield, on the inside the paneling is coming lose, the back door rattles and the visor won't stay up. And it's like oh we can look at the door, put a clip in the plastic piece over the airbag, but the visor, they do that. Really? I have a 97 and it doesn't do that. Is it the Toyota brand that does it, so you're saying they are cheaply made? Then hesitant already as it was we looked at cars. They were trying to sell over 5k more than worth. Literally said the internet says this is the value. I said not with scrapes in the paint job, the interior has stains and it's still filthy. But no budge from them. Buy a 2020 with 16k on the dash for 32k or a 2015 with 56k for 29,500.and the 2020 was an actual 4 door while the 2015 isn't. They can keep it. I'm going to Orlando to buy. They don't realize I'm already pre-approved by my bank with blank check in hand. Lie, don't work with me.oh well. I can wait.

Salee Starbuck is the best sales person you’ll ever encounter! She has such a wonderful bubbly personality while being able to answer all of my questions. Even after I purchased my vehicle from her, she followed up with me to see how I was doing!

I called and spoke to a sales team member who was to call me back, but didn't. Car listed on website weren't present. Alternative car I drove was unsafe for road. Poor selection of used vehicles under $15000.

If you’re going to buy a used or new vehicle, make an appointment with Taylor Lohr. She is a great salesperson and very knowledgeable about her job. She treated me like family and I ended up with my dream car. Couldn’t not be any more happy with my experience. I know who I’m going to talk to when I decide to get a new car for sure.
