Deer Toyota, I was absolutely thrilled at the opportunity to receive the privilege of service by this place when my battery that was only 1.5 years old died. Bryan did me the generous favor of charging me only $315 for a new battery because he said driving more than 36,000 miles nullified my warranty. I am giving an extra star due to the overwhelming sincerity they showed when they said “sorry”. I know batteries for cars are only supposed to last 6 months so 1.5 years made me feel very lucky. I can’t wait to be dazzled with reasons that Toyota will come up with to charge me for another new battery when this new one fails next year. I cannot wait to be wowed by their apologies next time. Thanks again Toyota. Two thumbs up!
Roger Choo-Yick is not only very professional but very dedicated. My car has had the problem with display screen since end of 2017. I checked other dealers many times and did not get right response. I was so luck to meet Roger yesterday. He offered to help me to contact related company and found a quick solution to this problem which has been bothering me over one year. Roger is a service consultant in Toyota of Orlando, he has the stand in the customer's point of view for the sake of the customer's excellent professional. As a client, I got the maximum benefit out of his great service. I had the best experience from him.
Went in to look at buying a new car. Usually you have to beat the sales man off you but the young lady at the desk said they were all in a meeting and would be down shortly. Waiting longer than I wanted to and left. Why in earth would you have a meeting on a Saturday morning?

At the start I was worried because of some uncertainties created by my warranty provider, but Claudio’s excellent customer service, and knowledgeable input relieved me of my worries. As well as I know exactly what to do in the future because of his help. If you need repairs or car services, I would recommend this location and Claudio as your Advisor.

Not sure about this place. They are very large, have great hours and just about everything you could want for your car BUT prices are high. 116 for an oil change is just about the highest price we have paid at any dealership. There were suppose to wash the car and didn't wash anything as we specifically asked them to. Overall a nice place but disorganization, prices and not following through with services means we will probably not return.
