Wanted to give a shout out to Nas in the Service Center at Toyota of Vero for his follow -up to my repair. He called and reminded me of the part arrival and upon arrival with my car he was extremely helpful. He made my day. Great job, Nas!
Told me they could diagnose my Prius if battery needed replacing for $165, but ended up charging me over $600 with no work done. I signed for $165 and they said they couldn’t tell me for sure for that. I ended up paying it. I talked to other shops over the phone and they said 100% of the time it was the battery. Ended I taking to another shop that was honest and took care of me. I was planning on buying a brand new Prius for my main car when not in Florida, which they knew. Their loss. The main Toyota office would not help me because they are on contract with the dealer. I hear Tesla takes care of their customers. I am not done, trying to contact higher up people in the chain. I was scammed.
