This workshop is exceptional, the people who work there are very friendly, honest and knowledgeable about their work. Recently I went with my sister to fix the air conditioning of her Lexus, after the inspection, they informed us that it was not damaged, it was a bad manipulation of the buttons on our part, demonstrating the honesty of Mr. Josue Echavarria, owner of the workshop, In another place they would have charged us without having repaired anything. I will recommend to all my family and friends. Thank you very much for the excellent attention.

The first time I went to Toyoworks, it was obvious that this team was passionate about their craft, unlike the corporate assembly line service at the dealer. I have taken my Prius several times for "out of the ordinary" repairs, and they have excelled in the quality of work, for reasonable pricing. The integrity, professionalism, fair prices, and quality of work are the reasons I will continue to trust my Prius with this team of professionals.

Excellent experience. My Tundra has 235k miles, I do not trust my vehicle to anyone. I returned after my first, and a very positive experience. When it comes to Toyota this shop is excellence! They truly know what they’re doing. I hope to not have many more issues with my truck, but if I do, ToyoWorks will be my go-to shop. Thank you Josh and your team!

I’ve been taking my 2006 Tundra to ToyoWorks for many years now. Josh and David have always taken great care of my truck. Honest, up front, very reasonable and never any problems. I would recommend them to anyone.

I bought a 2013 Prius V not long ago, and suddenly I started having issues with it.
I towed it back to the dealership for them to find out the reason, and then to my personal mechanic. Without luck with both of them.
I look for someone who really knows about this kind of cars without being the expensive Toyota Dealer.
I found this guys, who immediately knew what was wrong and told me what to do to bring it without paying extra trips on the towing car.
I did what they told me, work right away and they were really nice and fast fixing it.

I was a customer there for over six years. My car was/is pretty reliable so I did not do much service besides the recommended scheduled maintenance (oil change, other fluids etc.).
Things were ok at first (remember they did not perform some complex work, just basic stuff), but in the last year or so I noticed it went downhill. Every time I came there was always a new face that attended my car. That alone is not a problem, but sometimes I had to wait more than half an hour, almost 45 minutes before someone started working on my car, even though I always called in advance to schedule an appointment for a specific time.
Ironically, as service went downhill, prices increased, so it wasn't such a difference compared to other service shops or even dealerships.
Checking the tire pressure was supposedly part of the oil change, but the visit before last time they didn't even do that, because literally two days after, the tire pressure warning light came on. I thought I had a flat tire, but after filling it up and inspecting the tires, it turned out they did not bother to check the air.
I decided to give them a last chance, so I came for a routine oil change and rotation. Another new employee attended my car and after paying and before leaving I looked at the tires and guess what? They did just half the rotation, meaning they rotated the tires just on the right side with the left side left untouched. How do I know? I had marks on the tires since I installed them so I would know if a simple service was performed.
I got upset so I showed that to Josh, but instead of being understanding, Acknowledge the issue and willing to correct it, he got mad and insisted every time "I watched him (the other employee) doing it". This was a lie, but he kept saying it even though I showed him the evidence. Instead of being understanding and apologizing, he implied I was lying and told me if I had doubts it's better not to come anymore.
I did not want to come for another service of course, but wat is with is attitude? You cannot have legitimate doubts about their work? Pay up and shut up? They cannot make mistakes? I trust, but I also verify because it's my time and money. Shameful behavior! Do you think I complained just for the sake of complaining? If a work is not done right, then I am entitled to be mad, not him, not they.
Since he refused to correct the situation and blaming me, I left very disappointed. Such a shameful behavior and attitude.
I was also relieved that something like that happened while performing a simple and inexpensive service. With that attitude imagine if I came for a complex repair, which you bet would cost way more money only to discover later, after paying of course that they did not do it properly and they would not acknowledge their mistakes.
Don't waste your time here. It's a big area, there are better options out there, just do your research prior!
UPDATE TO THE OWNER'S RESPONSE
The fact that the tire pressure light came on after 2 days without flat tire/tire damage proves that the pressure wasn't checked and air wasn't added, it is pretty obvious and you should know that.
Also, you say you offered me a full refund for the service which included oil change and rotation. In reality, you gave me back 10$ just to get rid of me after I repeatedly pointed out that you did not do the service properly AND asked for my money back. You never admitted fault. That's not good if you want to keep a good reputation as you boast. I get it, people make mistakes, but you should have apologized and not imply that I was lying. That attitude is never a good idea if you want to keep a customer. I know my car very well, I am busy, I didn't come to you the second time just because, I expected to rectify a mistake but it turned out it was too much to ask for.

Brought various of my family's cars over the years. Always satisfied with the diagnosis and service - always done professionally and fairly priced. You always feel they are honest about the diagnosis and billing. Will keep coming back.
