When the three man crew arrived, they were very polite, professional, and accomplished the task in minimal time. I recommend Trademark roofing for all your roofing needs.

These guys showed up before sunrise just waiting to get going. They were super enthusiastic and completed the tear off and replacement of my roof in one day. I was so impressed. TRADEMARK CEO & their Supervisor came to our home & went over in great details the advantages of metal roofing over shingles as well as the various types of seams & designs. They also gave us an estimate for shingles.
I ordered the raised seam. (that provides greater protection in storms & hurricanes) metal roof to replace our shingle roof (that was blown off by Hurricane Ian).
Their crew took great care in removing what was remaining of our shingles & underlayment (the roof was only 7 years old, replaced in 2015, because the prior roof was the original shingle roof installed in 1997!).
The following week - (after the required dry in inspection and after a thorough grounds cleanup after the dry-in was completed), the crew installed the new metal roof in 3 days, again taking care not to damage any screens pool equipment nor our AC compressor unit.
After installation, they once again cleaned up our grounds & grass of metal trimmings, visible nails & screws.
I recommend that anyone looking to replace their roof include TRADEMARK Roofing Co in your bidding/ explanation due diligence.

Our rep, Andrew Basic, followed up with us throughout the process of replacing our roof after Hurricane Ian. He prepared several different estimates for us to consider and present to our adjuster, and scheduled our very reasonable new metal roof more quickly than we expected. He answered all our questions as construction proceeded, and dealt with the few small issues that arose. Would recommend.

We interviewed several roofing companies for the job. Trademark comes with a complete package gave us three options for a roof and even through all the challenges of supplies, storms, covid, political turmoil. Tristan and his crew have stayed in constant contact with the good news and the bad news and never shied away from doing the right thing for their clients and telling it like it really is.

Integrity and reliability have been their calling card on any project I just feel that the company is going through some challenges that are affecting the overall final product quality. We're still waiting on the gutter replacements and its been 11 months post storm now.

PROS: The roof withstood Hurricane Ian. That alone speaks volumes about the quality of the work! We are so grateful to have had a new roof installed last summer before the storm.

Kory had found wind damage from a prior storm and was able to get us connected with a public adjuster. I doubt we would have been successful with navigating our insurance without his recommendation. Kory was patient with us regarding payment, as the check from our home insurance had to be re-issued after being lost in transit when co-signed by our out of state bank.

CONS: No communication about when workers would be here or progress about the job. This was extremely inconvenient with a work from home setup. Poor nail cleanup resulted in THREE tires needing to be replaced on our vehicles and several handfuls nails were found strewn in the driveway well after the job was completed. Workers turned off the main water breaker to replace a fascia board without telling us/turning it back on, resulting in an unnecessary plumber visit.

I feel mixed emotions about recommending Trademark roofing. There has been no follow through on the written and verbal promises from Kory to fix the soffit. After multiple attempts- calls and emails over the last year, showing up in person to the office to inquire about when the soffit would be finished (something I was assured would be done during the estimate before the job began), I was repeatedly ignored and left hanging, so I have little faith that Trademark would help out with anything once they receive the final check. Reading a couple of the other reviews here about communication after the roof has been put on, this seems to be a common issue.

Trademark Roofing was great with communicating with me about the job. They are quick to get back to me when I had a question or a concern.

For best service, ydeal with Kory and/or his wife Becka. Without them, this would be a 3 star deal because of the middle management attitude.

I would highly recommend this company for all of your roofing needs. Eric is terrific to work with, knowledgeable, patient and very cooperative. He guaranteed my roof would be done within 4 weeks and he fulfilled that guarantee. The team arrived at 7: 30am, got right to work and had my roof completed and everything all cleaned up by 2: 45pm the same day.

Kory was great to work with in assisting us during the entire roofing process. Communications were very timely, and Kory was very responsive to my calls, text or emails. Roof looks great.

Great experience having my roof repaired. Andrew came out and took a look with the drone at some damage and gave me a super professional and affordable quote for the work. They came on time and finished the work within budget. Very reliable!

After contacting over 18 roofers to repair Hurricane Ian damage, Trademark Roofing was the ONLY company/person to return my request! They even fit us in between jobs so as to fix our roof before the summer rain began. They also did an excellent job matching the shingles considering our house is 2 years old so they were sun faded. Highly recommend Trademark and Ryan Zak our salesperson!

Trademark Roofing finished our roof a few weeks ago. From the signing of contract to completion was 4 weeks. Andrew Basic was my representative and answered whatever questions I had. The price was competitive, their office handled the administrative documents in a timely manner, and the crew on site was efficient. They took 2 days to tear off and install the new material. No complaints. Glad to finally have a safe and complete roof post-hurricane Ian!
