Great place to work and have provided many opportunities for me and my family.

Before going to work to this place think twice, I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO WORK AT ALL. The warehouse is hot as the hell itself and for me the worst thing was that THEY DON'T GIVE YOU A PROPER LUNCH TIME. What I mean is that, they pay you the one hour lunch and they buy food for you everyday, but the horrible thing is that you have to eat your food in only 10-15 minutes inside that huge oven that is the warehouse, you can't go anywhere else not even their lunch room, that's only for the office people, and they give you the food whenever they want, one time I had my food from them almost at 3: 00pm after working 7 straight hours none stopping. You don't have time to rest, breath air, have your digestion done or go to a fresh place to recover yourself. They want you to start right away after you finish your food in 15 minutes. I prefer to not get pay that 1 hour lunch and I would have prefer to take my own food that work more than 9 hours without a proper rest time and I believe what they're doing it's COMPLETELY ILLEGAL UNDER THE LAW and they're really ABUSIVE in that way. And I'm pretty sure that's the reason all the new workers only last a few days and then they leave, only the old workers stayed there because for what I know it wasn't like that before and suddenly everything changed and they didn't have any other option than embrace that DICTATORSHIP STUFF. The Human Resources lady it's one of the most hypocrite person that I met in my entire life, so be careful. The only good person that you could find there is a guy called Langolier, he's always willing to help you and teach you, the rest it's a boiling nightmare. Again BE CAREFUL WORKING IN THIS PLACE Traeger Brothers, BE ADVISED.
