This place is AWESOME! We came just to check for. Birthday party and is super clean and everyone super friendly My son loved it!

I am a 10 year old girl and this place is great. It has a tumble place, a dodgeball place, machine, a nice place to eat and there are not a lot of people so it's great for family's. I recommend for u to come here. It is definitely worth your money. The staff are very friendly and kind!

When my 6 year old went to her very first summer camp we chose Trampoline high. Because Michelle and her staff treated us like family! It is THE place to go for your little and bigger ones, what awesome family time for all! Yes, the adults can join in the fun of jumping too! The customer service is top notch, you can order food if you get hungry so the fun never stops. They host all types of parties if you need a place to have one. I have been to other trampoline places that have NO supervised jump areas, as this place all jump areas are supervised to make sure your family is having fun!

We came on a Friday night and found a clean safe place to jump and have fun. It was 18 per child for unlimited jumping. 3 kids were able to entertain themselves without screens for 3 hours. We will be back!

I highly recommend you DO NOT spend your money at this place. I attended a birthday party there and I felt terrible for the way Michelle, who claimed to be the owner, treated the mother who was hosting a party there for her girls. I can't imagine the cost of a party there is cheap, so I was shocked when the following situation unfolded. A lady named Michelle, who claimed to be the owner, came to our section and just took a bunch of stuff that didn't belong to the business as a way to let the host know that she needed to buy the water for her guests from the establishment instead of bringing it from outside. She took mostly water and some soda cans, but she didn't even ask to take it and was incredibly rude about it. The kids had some sweets and needed some water, but they would not allow us to give them our water they took from us, but instead wanted the host to purchase waters in packs of 10. Apparently, there was a no-outside drink policy, which wasn't stated when the party was booked and paid for. They were allowed to bring their own food for an additional cost, so I can understand why the customer would assume drinks were allowed too. I can also understand if a business wants to make some extra money on selling drinks, but the way it was handled was unprofessional and poor behavior as a human being. Not only were things belonging to the host taken without any permission or without even a heads up, but this Michelle lady yelled at couple guests because the host brought water! She yelled at a little girl who sat in the empty section next to us because she was not in the designated area! She scolded her employee, a young girl, for allowing the waters to be brought inside. The young girl who was attending us felt badly for us and was clearly embarrassed by her boss's behavior. I doubt Michelle is even the real owner. What kind of owner would treat their customers like that? ! She could be the manager, and a terrible, incredibly rude and disrespectful one. Take your money somewhere else.

What a fantastic place to have an event for kids! Great staff and the place was very clean. I especially enjoyed how inclusive this place of children with special needs. It is absolutely great to see how they wanted to accommodate everyone. Would recommend this place to anyone and everyone that is looking to have a fun event for kids. All the kids had a blast!

I booked a party for my kids here and I regret it, unfortunately. The staff was great and gave us excellent customer service. They did everything in their power to make sure the kids had fun.

The problem was the owner, Michelle. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was so taken aback by her behavior that I didn't know how to react. I paid almost $600 for a two hour party, including an additional $65 to bring our own food. It was not clarified on the website that outside drinks were not included in that fee. We did not even bring alcohol, just water for our guests. The owner showed up 30 minutes before the party was over and grabbed our cooler and all waters and took them away from us. Instead of speaking to me about the issue in a professional way, she lashed out at our party host and one of my guests. She even snapped at another guest and her little daughter because they were trying to socially distance at another table to eat their food, and apparently they were in an area where a party was going to take place in two hours. As it's often said, "It's not what you say, it's how you say it. " She could've had spoke to me about the drink situation in a nice manner, and I would've been completely understanding.

Our guests were so uncomfortable they didn't even eat birthday cake and were asking for water I am really embarrassed by this whole situation and I can't believe I gave her all that money.

Needless to say, we will never be back to this establishment. Our guests expressed the same.

We came on Sunday with five kids and when I went to the front desk to ask about tickets and price we were receive by Zoey who who's the most unfriendly person, rude, did not make any effort on facilitate the process for the releases, did not provide the information and support i was expecting, definitely she have lack of customer service skills. For me was a very unpleasant experience up front specially since i pay more than $100 including tickets & socks. The place is clean and safe to jump and have fun just some of the stuff should be more friendly.

The staff at Trampoline High hosted my son and nieces birthday party! We had an amazing experience. So detail oriented! They take care of everything and make the party experience one of a kind.

Great place to take the kids. Less screaming employees than at their competitors. They have package deals too that are worth it.

Loved this place! Very spacious and COVID-friendly, but also such an amazing place to take the kids to have fun and exert their energies! There’s a dodge ball area, bouncing areas designated by age group, which I loved because my two year old still needs space to find his own balance and also lots of space for parents to sit and watch as their kids have fun, and on top of all this Amazingness, it’s super affordable!

Small pace to play and relax! It's not crazy full of kids. So kids can enjoy all the games with all the safety measures! PLUS customer service is awesome!

Love the place, the way it’s organized. Small but enough for the girls to enjoy and burn some energy. Little gem that my friend told us about.

Love this place for parties or just an afternoon fun it’s big enough for the kids but small enough that you can always keep an eye on them. Clean and nice staff as well.
