A late review though worked with Daniel for nearly 8 months. He was instrumental in getting changing perspectives in a healthy way. Throughout, he was encouraging though pushed when needed. The therapy here helped me start getting over past traumas and even face new challenges.

Catherine Lovern has helped me tremendously. I have been seeing her for years now and can absolutely say she has made me realize the importance of therapy and most importantly, the difference a great therapist can make.

She is extremely flexible, accommodating, and caring which makes a huge difference. Her analytical skills have helped me progress significantly and while I know this is a work in progress, it is comforting knowing she has my best interest in mind and pushes me to be better. I now advocate about the benefits of therapy to those around me because of how well it has made me feel and truly don’t see myself living a life without it. If you are looking for clear and non bias guidance, Catherine is the right person and will have valuable things to say that you can put into effect right away.
