The worst experience ever. Please avoid this shop if you want to experience bringing in your car in for one issue and leaving with multiple issues. With commentary from Javier indicating this car will give lots of problems. Is that a promise or an oberservation Javier? Our car had a new transmission put in paid 7k cash! Can I tell you we haven't been able to enjoy the car since for a full week. The car as I'm typing this, is back in their shop and now we are being told the car is dragging from stationary. This is a joke! None of these problems appeared before and we recieved a full clear from Toyota dealership diagnostic report! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID like the plague! Don't make the mistake we made and trust the smiles and fakes laughs here!

I took my car seeking a second opinion because a different shop advised me that my transmission was defective and needed to be replaced. Javier at Transmission Unlimited inspected my car and determined that there is no malfunction with my transmission. I am very thankful to Javier for his exceptional customer service, professionalism, and honesty.

They service my fleet of construction pickups and do an amazing job! They usually have the transmission completed fixed within 4 days. Very fast very honest and very good quality work!

This business is the blueprint of what a mechanic shop should be. Friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, professional. From the moment I walked in I felt welcome and was greeted by staff and offered coffee. I was helped by Andy who really went above and beyond to provide a five star service.
