7Horrible service and no compassion. I needed one roll of quarter, a roll in dimes and a roll of nickels and they would not help me through the Drive thru. Funny thing is, they have done it for me before through the drive thru. I even begged as I had a sleeping baby in the car and could not go in, but Jim would not do it. Not very nice!
Trax is way more than a bank. Always taken care of right away. Misty helped get a few things done we needed to have done. She was super friendly & knowledgeable
about what we needed. Definitely would recommend Trax Credit union to my friend’s & family.

I love this branch to come in and feel like it is my family home. Big win on my end. Chelsea is amazing and always smiling. She is knowledgeable. Great place to bank at. My 3rd branch where I feel home at.
I had a bad experience at another credit union location. I went to Winthrop location and was helped by Dallas she was amazing and I would give her 5 stars for her help and kindness. SylviaW.
Misty Berger “The manager” was very rude and judgmental, she literally ruined my day the same day not only once but twice. We walked in the bank together to deposit a $3000 dollar check what was in both of my parter and my name, we were told by customer service to go together with my ID since I’m not in his account and the check was made out to both of us. She was very condescending and made us feel that we were doing fraud of some sort, said unless I was added to his bank account she could not deposit the check, I said we own a house together that’s the reason why the check it’s in both names but the ere is not reason as to why I have to be in his bank account that is not none of my business, she refused to do it and told us tongo to chase bank, what a joke. We walked out and called customer service and were told that was not correct and they had to call her to let her know it was ok to do the transaction, we went back and she made us feel even worse. Long story short, Looking for another bank to take our business to.
