Treasure Island Slide Florida reviews
20Only 5$ for 2 rides. My son loved it and the guy running it was really nice and let him go even though they were about to close for the day. Fun thing to do at the beach and not overpriced they accept cards as well
The slide and going to the beach is the best fun for all ages! Very nice people who run the slide, also nice to have an alternative to the warm beach water!
The person collecting the money was rude to my 10 year old son who was simply asking him a question.
When children are the lifeline to your business - the main source of income - you've got to conduct yourself better around children & not be so harsh with them.
We won't be going back to this Treasure Island slide
This beach is beautiful. We didn't try the slide but it looked so fun. I'm bringing my son next time and will update my review then.
Definitely not worth talked up to be. Much rather would have been in Naples or Marco Island. Unless all you're trying to do is get wasted.
Very nice beach, expensive public parking and very scarce but it's all worth it.
Beach is clean and not too crowded, people well behaved
I don't see the point of having 1 slice at the beach. Don't know the price for the ride but I imagine is not a $1.00. If the kids don't have enough fun at the beach leave them home.
The kids loved this thing, and I took a trip down as well. I recommend buying more than you think you need because they wanted to keep doing it. Staff was friendly. Unfortunately the hamster balls were out of service but they looked fun.
The beach itself is beautiful and offer spectacular sunsets, but I am not a fan of the drum gatherings and the way people at these gatherings ignore the big sign extolling social distancing. Thankfully, we are able to walk upwind of this crowd to enjoy the beach quietly.
Super fun. Beware that they spray you with a hose before you go down! And it is more money if you want to race down it.
We paid the $3/rider. There was 2 of us and we wanted to race down the slide. So ride down together. The lady told us it would be an additional $1/rider if we wanted to ride down together.
It's a slide. You pay and go down it.
Best do it at sunset and imagine you're sliding down a whales back somewhere around the caribbean except you won't have to worry about pirates.
Recommended!
This beach has fantastic sand and is less crowded than Clearwater. If you decide to try it out for a day look for my man Turbo and get him to hook you up with one of his on beach cabanas. He’s the man!
So much fun for kids and adults alike! The gentleman who works there is great with the kids and makes them feel like they are very special. This is not too be missed.
Great place with a beautiful view of the gulf. The beach is huge with plenty of space. The sand is nice and white. And on Sundays at 3: 00 p.m. There is a drum circle. Where there is dancing and performance is going on
Family friendly CIRCLE of DRUMS!
Come with the fam dressed in your beach friendly attire to experience dancing, music, glow in the dark hoola-hoopers, fire throwers and lots and lots of smiles Pet friendly and you're welcome to bring your own djembe or bongos/congas flute or whatever it is your bless the world with.
Come one come all!
See you there!
This ads so much more for kids that are active, and aren't big fans of playing in the sand, to do at the beach. It saved our family beach day!
Treasure island is a beautiful beach. Sometiems they have a drum circle on sundays which is a lot of fun. Stay on the watch for local events and beach parties. Treasure island is full of awesome beach bars, and great drinks to try out. Just make sure to use a plastic straw, and be conscious of keeping the beach clean to keep it safe and beautiful.
Treasure Island is a beautiful beach. Very friendly people from all over. Great place to get nice big sea shells. Great place to take little ones too. Swimming is great!
This is a beautiful beach, and a big beach. Sometimes our Florida coasts feel a little overcrowded however this is a wide spacious beach with beautiful sugar sand. Beautiful clear water and a wonderful place to bring the family or just use and your special one.
Was convenient for us beach goers. Had out of state company so a young woman and I.a gramma.climbed up.took a while as she is smoker and had to rest. Proud we made it up there with the kids lol. Was quite a ride down but an adrenalin rush! A bit expensive, $5 a person. Cash. Would go again if someone else pays.
