5Great place to live but they need to have a bill changer in the laundry room to be able to get quarters for the washer and dryer instead of having to go elsewhere for quarters and telling a tenant that they have to get rid of the dog that is barking and whining day and night it was barking and whining until nearly 5am and the owners wouldn't do anything about the dog not even check on it to see what is wrong. Complaints about it has been reported to the community manager but nothing has been done about the dog. I will be forced to call animal control about the dog
Very cute and quiet place to stay. Excellent location too. Walkin distance to many stores and restaurants.
It's changed a lot since I've been living here for the last 6 yrs, over the last 2 yrs it has improved night and day.
I have lived here for 3 years and I absolutely love it here. My neighbors are fantastic, we all look out for each other and the park. Our manager is great, she has really done a great job with our community. If something needs done Patti is on top of it, and does a great job. Because of her and the community I have decided to purchase my trailer, I love it here
Absolutely horrible place to live. This place was very termite infested. The infestation was so bad that it made it hard to breathe. I put in a maintenance request for the termites. After waiting and complaining for a month and a half I finally decided to just break my lease because my poor son was having such a hard time trying to breathe. She (Patty the Property Manager) refused to give me my deposit back and retaliated by saying that I actually owed her $425 for 15 blinds and a door that were supposedly broken. Anyone who has lived in one of these mobile homes know that there aren't even 15 blinds in the entire mobile home. The lady that helped me move out was only there for 2 hours and she was having really hard time breathing too and she verified that none of the blinds or doors were broken when she made the last trip.
