Treebecka Park Apartments, Gainesville FL

Spoke with their supervisor Kate just to ask about availability for apartments, she was very rude. I also got hung up on the first time that I called, she proceeded to say “oh my goodness” because the phone had cut out and she thought I cut her off. Very rude employees and staff.

Katie at Treebecka Apartments is exceptional. Her professionalism, friendliness, and commitment to resident satisfaction make for a fantastic living experience. Additionally, she was understanding when I chose a different location due to getting trapped in another leasing agreement. Thanks to her, I speak of Treebecka in a positive light and it was my first choice if the situation was different. Highly recommend asking for her to be your tour guide!

I appreciate him for all his hard work. The repair was completed, any mess was cleaned up before departure of my apartment and thank you again.
