TreeUmph! Adventure Course reviews
18Not knowing what to expect, this was an awsome experience for me and my teenage daughter! The staff (guide guide guide!) were extremely helpful and entertaining! Highly recommend!
Very awful customer service, good obstacle course I'm sorry but I wouldn't recommend this place to any of my friends and family
This was my first time and I absolutely loved it. The staff are very attentive and helpful. I would highly recommend this place. You'll be able to select add-ons while purchasing your ticket so you'll have everything you need for the day.
First time with teens here.
Recommend: go, when is not hot outside.
Buy tickets and reserve course before 12.00.
Guards are good. My daughter panicked on the #5 course, he helped her, and she went on zip line after. Stopped crying. So, for guys, - checked #5 course. It's high and difficult. 4 hours challenge course. Highly recommended.
Took sister for surprise birthday celebration. Very fun! You’ll be sore the next day for sure.
Training takes a bit long, but once you understand, you’re pretty solid for the day, especially if you’ve rock climbed or done pulleys. They have zip lines as well on courses! I’ll have to come back sometime. Would be a fun unconventional exercise routine.
Had a great time with my wife. Staff was awesome. Course got more challenging as you went but got advice on the way. It's definitely fun to push yourself and others to complete it. Love all the zip lines too. Will definitely do it again to try course 5 next time. Highly recommend trying it out
This was my first time at a ropes course and I was nervous. I have a fear of heights, but my kids had done courses like this and encouraged me to give it a try. I (unexpectedly) had a lot of fun! Once I got the hang of the click it system on the practice course, I felt very safe on the next two courses. A few in our group went on to do 4 of the 5 courses and I love that we could watch them. Viewing is fantastic. I also watched a staff member accompany another participant through Level 5 and that was super cool to watch. All staff members were friendly, helpful, encouraging, and focused on safety. I wish I could name everyone, but Christian and Kerry stuck out as stellar staff members.
Had a great time and the staff was very helpful and nice. Would be back for sure but with gloves next time!
The kids really enjoyed themselves best to make reservations ahead of time staff was friendly and helpful
Such a great day! First time we were there and we brought five boys under the age of 14. They had a blast and it wore them out for the day. We will definitely be going back.
We had a great time! The Guide at the Ape Up course Tallie or Callie (not sure) was amazing. She cheered on my niece and made sure she was comfortable through the course.
Great, helpful staff. Fun while feeling dangerous and exciting while actually being remarkably safe. Great exercise. Mostly partially shaded and few if any mosquitos when I went.
We had a joint birthday party for our 7 & 9 year olds here. We never even though that maybe kids might be scared. Out of 6 of their friends only 1 actually did the 3 laps on the course. A little bit of a waste and they have some full sized Jenga but other than that the 5 kids had nothing to do while they waited. Just be aware, that way maybe you can make sure everyone is good with it, or you have something else planned for the kids that aren't ready for an awesome ropes course.
Had a blast for my 30th birthday weekend! I have been here many many times, And Amanda was by far the BEST guide that treeumph has ever had! Thank you for the help and pictures you took! <3
I went with my friends, have an incredible experience. 2 of us completed the 5 levels
amazing experience, 100% recommended
Definitely fun time for adults and teens (there's a younger kid courses too but we didn't do those) as an out of shape mom I tapped out after 3 courses but the teens did all 5. Even in the rain it was a ton of fun, guides were all very nice
This place is a blast. I was scared at first but it was very very fun. I would give 6 stars if I had too.
I also have an idea for the end.
When you are walking to the finale (the big zip line), there are signs as you are going up.
1st: Wait. You actually did it?
2nd: After all those hard trials.
3rd: You have gone through so much to get to this point.
4th: You have gone through swinging platforms, difficult obstacles, and zip lines, but you have made it to the end.
(In the middle of the top where the big zip line is at.) 5th: Hop on the zip line and get your well deserved win. You deserve it.
(At the platform on the end of the zip line.)
6th: Congratulations, go back to base camp and take it all in. Thank you for coming to TreeUmph.
And at the very top, have speakers that play calm music that will calm you down after everything you have been through.
And that is my review and my ideas.
