You can’t find better customer service then you can hear. Just purchased my 5th bike from this place. These guys will always take care of you and make sure that you leave happy. Couldn’t recommend a better place to buy the bike you didn’t know you needed!

Took my Trike in because of a flat tire they pump it up, But the day it got other flat in the same wheel, Drive Wheel. Brought it again they fixed it, I went oh my 1300 mile ride through central park and NO FLAT TIRE:) Thank y'all realty go beyond to make customers happy:)

Super nice people, went in to get the tire for my baby's stroller fixed and they had replacement parts on hand. They where able to fix it right there real quick for me.

This shop is Amazing! Best deals and service anywhere! We purchased a new ebike that can carry up to 420 pounds so my wife and I can ride together and ordered extra foot pegs to be delivered to our Mississippi address, and when the package was lost the owner went above and beyond to make sure it was found and delivered. And in just one day after it arrived. The bike has proven to be fantastic.

I purchased two Trek bicycles online and unseen. The bikes had both been professionally built for me. When I presented to the shop I met with Aaron. He was a pleasure to work with and more than satisfied all my needs. I had the staff put on racks and water bottle cages prior to me actually riding the bike. As I took my bike out the door and rode it I immediately knew it was too small. I brought it back in and told Aaron and he quickly said no problem. We have a larger size that is still in a box that he would build overnight for me. He also lent me a new bike, different model, in my size that he allowed me to ride overnight. Just as promised the new bike was ready for me the next morning as the shop opened up. I am very happy with Aaron and this bike shop. Excellent customer service and bike/equipment selections!

Excellent experience with your service department! I am on vacation and had an issue with my old, 1995 road bike that I brought on my trip. I brought the bike into your shop with only 20 minutes left before closing and the mechanic, Tyler, was able to identify the problem and had the parts in stock and got it repaired! No more clunking/creaking noises in my drivetrain and I can enjoy cycling while in the Ormond Beach area!
