Great customer service at the shop. Very helpful finding and outfitting bikes we were interested in. Doug went above and beyond when it came to helping us load the bikes in our vehicle and educating us about assembly, care and maintenance!

The very worst. Wouldn’t fix bike because it wasn’t a Trek. All standing around wondering why he doesn’t have any business

A past weekend when other shops were closed or devoid of techs, my 12 year old went in with crank bearings from her SE Bike thinking she had to replace them. Although it was not a Trek part, they asked to take a look. They unpacked, cleaned and repacked the bearings like new. She thought she was in for a 50 dollar part or at least a service fee and instead let her off with some good will. Good humans.

Just bought two Townie bikes. Also have had my road bikes tuned up here as well. Nice and knowledgeable staff.

Had my new / used bike trek fuel 9.9 $$$$ bike tuned up at the trek of Stuart. This bike was purchased and maintained at trek. When I took my bike to trek because I was going to Carolina to mountain bike and I wanted everything perfect, trek said I had missing part’s which they are only one service the bike? The first run at beech mountain green run I hit a root or rock and the handle bars and tire went opposite ways. I have a shoulder separation and ruined my week long trip and I have an permanent injurythey acknowledged that the handle bars weren’t set to speck (loose) and the did another tune up. Which I will never use my $$$$ bike again for what it’s meant for.
Trek ghosted me, I should’ve talk to an attorney for the amount of time I lost of work, my expensive bike was beat up from the fall, the hospital bill orthopaedic bills etc…

When dropping off a bike for service I was somewhat disappointed that I did not recognize anyone, more troubling was being told we were not in the computer even though we purchased the bike at that location. I understand this store was sold which explains the change of help, on a positive note when picking up the bike someone clearly found a record of purchase since we were not charged for the basic one year service. This is our preferred Trek bike store so we will continue to visit and hope to develop a positive long term relationship.
Updating this review after my wife got to ride her bike, she indicates the tune-up and chain replacement made a significant improvement, her bike is now very quiet and smooth.

Great shop and great staff. I had 101 questions and every one was answered. From the support staff, sales staff and to the main bike mechanic. You all did a fantastic job. Thanks to you also Eddie Burrows!

I called to ask if they would replace my tube- I don’t have a trek bike and the lady checked and said they would. I brought the bike to the store and one of the employees told me to not bother trying to bring the bike in- I had unloaded it already- because they won’t work on other brands of ebikes. When I asked why they didn’t tell me that on the phone they said they didn’t realize I had an ebike- they would have if it had been a regular bike. I could understand if it was any kind of major work but a tube change? What arrogance! Never buy a trek!

What a great Shop! Carla helped me buy my first Trek bike and I just got back from my ride and it was worth Every penny. She was very helpful in guiding me to the appropriate bike for my size and weight. You won't go wrong using this Shop for all of your biking needs! Thank you Carla and the rest of the team!

Great service when I dropped in for a repair! The staff was helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Repairs were done faster than expected and I'm back on two wheels again at a reasonable price. Happy biking!
