Trek Land O Lakes (formerly Suncoast Trailside Bicycles), Land O' Lakes FL

Stopped there to view and test ride the Trek Marlin 6 & 7 so I can compare the fit and feel to the Giant and Specialized equivalents. Received excellent, professional assistance from Keith who was very knowledgeable with these two Trek models and the differences between the other guys. Wasn't ready to buy, however if I decide Trek is the right fit for for me I'll be back.

Took me right away for minor service on my non Trek bike. Fast, knowledgeable staff. Great prices.

Lovely store and really nice associates. They helped me pick a bike today, taught me a lot about the tech and the materials it had, offered me a good deal, and had lots of patience and answered all my questions. This place is the best. I brought my bike thinking I would need an expensive tune up and they inflated the tires and let me know a tune up wasn’t necessary. They were honest and that means a lot. I will be back here for all my tune ups and future purchases in the future

Came in for a flat tire. They told me I needed a bike tune up! I didn't believe them, but did it any way. They were Right. I could go on for pages on how they have slowly and kindly showed me the better way to enjoy my bike rides. I have learned to trust them and respect them for all there knowledge.
They all work really well as a team and each takes turns helping me with my hundred questions. They really make my wife and I feel welcomed no matter how busy they are. The Suncoast trail is one of Tampa bays best keep secrets, no cars just miles of smoothly paved "THERAPY"!
The shop is directly across the street and the guys are so helpful and kind! Finally just pick up two new Trek Madones for my wife and I. The guys help us setup computers, new bike hitch (so nice), proper shorts, and two incredibly fast bikes! They are always concerned about the safety on the Trail. Just wish I would have gotten to know them little sooner in my cycling therapy!

I came in to the shop the Saturday before Christmas to have my son’s jetson bike tire repaired! The entire team that was working that day was very professional and helpful. They were even interacting with my son and making him laugh as well. I will definitely come back again for any future repairs! Thanks guys I appreciate it.

My first time visiting the store was on Christmas Eve. I went for a shock pump and they also showed me how to use and maintain the air suspension. Very knowledgeable employees and techs. Highly recommend

I took my bike in for service due to an accident I was involved in. Joe immediately took my bike and put it up on the stand. Joe and Keith did a quick but thorough overview of my bike’s condition and gave me an estimate. Joe had to order some parts for the repair. Within a few days my bike was repaired, cleaned, tuned, serviced and ready to ride. Don’t think these guys frown upon you if your bike doesn’t say “Trek. ” This one didn’t and I received 5 Star service. Thanks for getting me back on the road, Joe. Knowledgable and friendly shop. I have a 1995 GT Team LTS which in 1995 was a bike that many of the top pros used during a time when the Sport was in a period of great popularity. I wanted to get a light tune-up since I hadn't ridden the bike in years. My 29yo son expressed an interest in it, however I discovered a crack in the metal on the stanchion that holds the front brake and is part of the front fork assembly. I was advised by the staff at the store as to how to restore the bike to full function without trying to over sell me on an expensive fork for such an old bike. They quoted me a very reasonable price to do the job. I look forward to using their services again as my wife and I get back into riding our road bikes during our semi-retirement. Trailside gave me a feeling of integrity and competence. That goes a long way.

I had been considering a new bike for several weeks. A friend told me about this shop, so I decided to go in and take a look. Dave gave me a great recommendation and a ton of knowledge. After another week or two of additional research, I knew I had to go back to Trek Land O Lakes and see Dave. Between Dave and Keith, they made sure I got the exact bike with the exact equipment that I wanted for an even lower price than I expected. I will absolutely continue to bring my cycling business here and make sure to tell all of my friends and family to come here as well. This place is the best! Several months ago I started my fitness journey and have been thinking of ways to incorporate some cardio. I love walking/running the Suncoast trail and have been impressed with the amount of bike riders that fly right pass me. I did some research and decided I was going to buy a bike. With the help of Dave, I am very happy to say today I purchased my first Trek FX3! Dave was very knowledgeable and professional! Thank you for all of your help!
