Tremont Towing, Miami Beach FL

They towed our car in error because the Groupon didn't appear in the system. When I presented evidence, the man was very nice and gave us the car back at absolutely no charge! I'm from NY where nothing's free so I was grateful.

Guys upfront. Are completely rude and unprofessional. Not sure how the owner hires people like this. If zeros stars were available, i would give them that.

I love there show and I might send fan mail. ALSO DONT MESS WITH BERNEIC and just to be clear I like Berneic and PEREZ IS AND WILL ALWAYS BE A SNAKE. I HATE PEREZ!

It is one of the coolest towing company. Knock on wood, it does look similar to the business on the show south beach tow. Even though I never been to Miami Beach, it does look good. One of the best service and one of the best of the best. Nothing more nothing less.

This place is horrible! The Miami Beach police gets commission by calling the towing company. They towed my car inside my neighborhood and when I saw the ticket it was only a couple minutes after I parked so the cop was probably just waiting for me to walk away so they can get some extra money. I went during my lunch break to get my car and was in a hurry back so I didn’t notice all the damage till I was already driving. The prndl was completely popped out and the middle compartment was opened and everything out of place, an extra hidden compartment had the bottom ripped out and everything I had in there was on the floor and the back bumper was dented. I had personal belongings in there too not thinking my car would get towed so who knows if they went through those too.

I had already wrote a review on how this company towed my husbands work truck to the repair shop and in the process they stopped long enough to steal over 15 items out of the truck. From the trash can, to ear buds to a coat, hard hat, soap, energy drinks and over $100.00 in cash that they had to search for because it was hidden for emergencies. I filed a BBB report and they did not reply to me not to the BBB report. This merchant has a F rating.and I think they are proud of that rating! Sorry low life company and employees!

I never been to miami nor at this place.but i loved south beach tow. I miss the show fr.i wanted to post review to say hi to christy and robert ashenoff and berniece and family. Yall are great. And Christy ur so nice. Ur awesome lady.anyways take care yall.and god bless all of you at tremont.

Towed my car THREE times from MY parking spot. I'm guessing these guys weren't the brightest crayons in the box.

Towed my car in front of the hotel. Stole $100 out of my car and wouldn’t check the cameras. Foul people karma will will be coming doing people dirty.

Parked for 5 minutes outside to get lunch next door no parking on the street so I go inside wait for food and some guy tells me my car is getting towed. I come outside to see Tremont towing with my car lifted up ready to take off. Angel is very rude and unprofessional. Before I called the police he told me drop was 140$ and when police got there told me drop was 70$ Angel tried to take advantage of me and should not be recognized neither should Eric who answer the phone. Crooks.

Friendly? What do you mean "Friendly", they are predatory towing company, yesterday they have charged me with $257 to get out my car from their deposit, are incredible, they been sued for that, watch out them. This rate is fake. 4.4? Lol

They towed my car in error after paying for parking. They blamed the parking application used to pay. Terrible customer service

I had car accident and my property was left in the car when they t took me to the hospital.
I have over 15k in property and a Cartier bracelet. Also spent over $800 in new clothes for my husband. Also when they gave my wallet to Police this company took my cash from my wallet over 1 thousand and passport and ID. They only gave my phone and empty wallet to police.

Do not hire this company, its a shame this people can take your property and not be responsible, not trustworthy. Dishonest.

I had my car towed because I parked in the wrong spot. It was all my fault, but I will say that everyone that I spoke to at front desk was extremely helpful and professional.

Hate / love relationship, of course. They were definitely the most friendly towing company I've dealt with.

Extremely unprofessional and shady, they take your car from PAID parking lots and then ask you to make a complaint to the parking company. This company should not be open for business.
DO NOT HIRE THEM - and watch out and don’t park at parking lots where this company should only take parking violators. They tow them all regardless and make you pay the real ease fee, and again ask you to complain to the parking lot owners for refund.

No words to call this place, ugly is the best, the drivers needs back to school and got education, also needs take a shower. Nlock the entire street as that comoany own the Bay Rd. Ave. Months ago the city plant new flowers and trees, now the employees use as trash cans.tremont do not care about enviromental.thieves

The Tremont Towing is a nightmare for everyone living in South Beach or Miami Beach. It's even worst for the tourists who don't really know how it works. Can you imagine that? You take your family to South Beach to have fun and when you're trying to go home you can't find your car. Your car got towed and you have to pay $ 281.00 and up to get your car back. It doesn't make any sense.
You have to be very careful when you drive to South Beach. Make sure that you find the right parking spot or pay for valet parking that is ridiculously expensive. You can find a parking garage on 7th street between Washington and Collins Avenue, 16th street and Collins, Collins Avenue between 10 and 11th streets. Reasonable rates, it's like $ 1.00 per hour.
Pay attention when you park your car please.
