Never recommend this clinic. Changed my appointments three times less than 24 hours including one I didn't know until I checked in my appointment for the day. I had to drove 20 miles back home because their fault. Very bad scheduling. Also clinic ask patients to come one hour prior and wait in the lobby to be seen.

If you wear Boston Gas Permeable Contact Lens don’t go to Tres Vision Center as they don’t know how to fill the prescription according to Jonathan, the “office manager “. They took my $200.00 for the Contact Lens exam which was not covered by my insurance and never delivered the product to me. I found a local lab that was able to fill the script; however there were two errors on the script. I called Tres Vision and asked Jonathan to ask Dr Luu to make the two corrections on the script and get it to me so I can get it to the lab. That was one week ago and still no corrected script has arrived. It seems my cell phone number has been blocked because my call is either disconnected or goes into voicemail
I am now forced to go to another eye doctor so I can get my contacts.
THEY DO NOT EVEN DESERVE THE ONE STAR RATING and Jonathan is a horrible office manager All of this has been going on since March 23rd

My second visit in 2 years. My first experience was better. The girls in the office are awesome not very impress with the doctor. Kinda. Like she didn't care and didn't do enough to make me feel happy about the whole experience. I'm not going back. I know I need surgery (another eye Dr told me last year) tThis Dr was clueless
I'll go someplace else.

March 16 2023

Melbourne office, I walked into a very nice greeting from the entire front desk, 8 am no less.
Hanna, was patient with me, working the equipment Ben Franklin would be proud of.
Dr. Luu, did a great job fine tuning my prescription and answering my questions. Amanda, the Optician, kindly made sure I will receive the glasses I require, making sure I understood how easy it will be to make any updates in the future.

I was comfortable and the crew is very competent.

I was referred to Tres Vision from Stacey with Shield Me Ins,

Dr. Luu And her staff were very courteous informative and professional. The office and my experience there Were equally pleasant. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of eyecare.

Previous visits were not as good as the most recent. I've noticed a positive shift in the environment this year. Staff is productive and understanding. Doctor was detailed and knowledgeable. Amanda assisted me with ordering new glasses and provided honest feedback as to which frames I looked good in. Keep on improving. Thank you all.

This is such a better and nicer place to visit then it was before. Amanda was such an informative person and took the time to explain things to you. I really like Dr Luu a lot and hope that she stays there.

Tress vision all the employees that attended to me over the years are professional in the work they are gentle caring and nice always, I will recommend dr tress vision center 100 %

My husband had to communicate with this horrible office manger named Jonathan. I Hope the calls are recorded, and someone higher then him reviews them. He is such an ugly person. So unprofessional. Jonathan you should find a position where you do not have to speak to anyone. Shame on you

Jonathan The "office manger" is literally the worst when it comes to customer service. There was a billing issue that they refuse to acknowledge and now they have returned my glasses for credit WITHOUT MY PERMISSION! I was with the prior company of Tres Vision Group back in 2019. I had a pair of glasses done. THEY made a billing error and acknowledged it. They said that they would try to rectify it and if the problem was not resolved they would write off the difference. Between the time that they communicated back to me that they were going to write off the difference. I had to leave the area and moved away. I moved back Earlier last year and when I called to let them know I was going to come get my glasses they said that they were no longer the previous group and I had to pay the full amount. I explained to them what had happened and said they would get back to me. They never did. 2 months went by and I called them back. They apologized and said that while they continued to look into the issue I could come pick up my frames. So I did. They told me once again they would look into it. Fast forward to today 01-30-2023 I spoke to Jonathan. This dude, is literally the worst.most rudest, most high and mighty, most unprofessional Office Manger. He calls me and tells me that the lens's had been returned back for "Credit" I told him I never agreed with that and had to tell him the story all over again. To which he replied that if I want new glasses that I am "more then welcome to come pay full price for a new pair" LAUGHING the entire time as if he didn't hear the amount of BS I have already gone through. I hope someone above him reads this and contacts me, his behavior is unacceptable, and extremely unprofessional.

As always, my visits are wonderful, and I am very well cared for. The staff/team makes me feel welcome, they're very professional yet friendly, personable and easy to converse with. As for the doctors, well, my words are simple " I am blessed to be a patient at Tres Vision. "

Someone needs to re-evaluate Jonathan's position. Had the nasties' conversation with him the other day. He is not fit to be an office manger
