Tri-City Plaza reviews
10 Standard strip mall. Publix, Dollar Tree, Pizza Hut, 5 Below, Esporta Gym, and several other stores. A little of everything for everyone.
Don't park in front of the store to run in security keeps main traffic areas clear and free flowing.
It was OK. They was out of a lot of things that I need it but overall I was in and out. Customer service was wonderful.
I'm only giving a star review here because while they have a nice variety of stores in the shopping center, the layout is just wonky which makes the parking situation a tight squeeze and dangerous venture.
I do like the movie theater - though most people either don't know it's there or forget they have one because it's hidden behind the plaza where you can't really see it. And, where there's actually ample parking in a spacious lot.
But even in this case, the lot is off to the side of the theater and there's no cover so if it's raining you're gonna have to make a run for it! I don't know who drew the plans for this space when they decided to break ground.
Nice shopping center you grocery store, pet store and several restaurants to enjoy a nice meal.
The Dollar Tree was organized and clean. The lines were not long surprisingly. The employees joked around with us customers and it was a funny and happy visit. So I recommend shopping here and being kind to the employees. Have fun! #maniacmonarch
I was disappointed this trip. They were out of three things I needed. They carry them but, are always out of something I need.
I had to visit Hear USA at this plaza. There are many stores to shop at here. Easy to get into due to traffic light at the main entrance.
Milk and bacon from Publix on the way home from the dentist, and back to Wendy's for dinner. Great Plaza, various businesses
This is actually a nice, one-stop mall not far from home. The parking lot is always very clean, well-lit, and beautifully landscaped. My usual haunts there are Dollar Tree, Ross, Petco, Publix, and Pizza Hut. OK, I guess $ Tree is now $1.25 Tree, and this isn't the best one I've been to but not the worst either. I was at Ross my last visit at about 3: 00 pm, and the merchandise seemed to be pretty messed up considering I only saw about 5 other people there and not an employee in sight other than the checkers. The Pizza Hut here has the most wonderful employees but ALWAYS check your order before you leave the parking lot! I usually only go to Petco for a couple of items, and I only have a 50/50 chance they have them. So, I usually only go in there if I'm already going to $1.25 Tree. And, lastly, Publix. It's a Publix. What else can I say? As usual - wonderful employees, awesome deli, clean and well-stocked, and you can't forget about those BOGO's I can never resist. On my last visit to this strip mall, I just realized there's a Burlington store there; so, I plan on going back real soon! LOL
I like the prices and products. They would have gotten a 5 if they had more cashiers. With a line, 1 of the 3 cashiers just walked away. It may have been their break time. Maybe if mgmt monitors correctly they could have had someone fill in. But it just coukd be they are short staffed like many places are.
