The care and excellent help is the best I have ever experienced. I without hesitation recommend this physician and her office staff

Very wonderful doctor. Her assistant Laura is also an amazing human being who is very friendly and laughs at (some of) my jokes. Highly recommend Dr. Erickson's practice.

Exceptional quality practice with Dr. Heidi Erickson. I am grateful for her intelligence and experience in psychiatric medicine. She has made such a difference in my life.

I have never in my life experienced such absolute disregard for patient care in my entire life. I give two stars because the two practitioners are at least highly competent, but have zero regard for their patients well being. It can sometimes take days for the receptionist to get back to you if you need an appointment or refill. I have been in communication with their receptionist since December trying to get an appointment, but she blows me off and forgets to get back to me. I and others I know that see this practice have gone weeks without detrimental prescriptions, and my pharmacist has been horrified at their response levels. Today, after many many weeks of trying to get an appointment, I desperately plea for a refill, as after being unable to get a response from the receptionist for months, I am now without. I am experiencing awful symptoms and am unable to get potentially life saving medication due to the negligence of the receptionist and Dr. Erickson. I will also include screenshots of my correspondence with the office to show my repeated attempts at making appointments only to have my messages repeatedly ignored in a follow up response (yes Dr. E- I keep receipts). My therapist that referred me to this office told me he has actually stopped referral to this doctor for this exact reason: many of the people he referred gave him this exact feedback. He is very embarrassed he attached his name to her practice in any way. If you have a medical condition that requires continual appointments and refills, I urge you: seek elsewhere.

Dr. Erickson has honestly saved my life. I've been struggling with severe immune and gastro issues for years, nobody could understand me or give me an explanation of what was going on with me until I went to her for my mental health issues and she immediately knew exactly what my physical ailments were and she was spot on correct.

On top of that magic she worked, she's been an incredible psychiatrist who actively researches new information in her field and listens to patient input and understands our individual needs and situations. She's made my life significantly less anxiety inducing, I have very few panic attacks now, I'm no longer actively suicidal, and I have hope for the future.

Front desk staff Laura is an absolute gem as well, she's very personable and charismatic and I'd recommend this office to anyone I know (and I constantly do!).

By far the best experience I have ever had at a psychiatrists office. These people genuinely care about their patients and spend more than enough time speaking to each and every patient. Mr. Jackson has amazing bedside manner and will go to the end of the earth to see a patient succeed. Laura, the office manager, is incredibly competent and extremely nice. I only wish I could give more than 5 stars. Its nice to see psychiatry finally practiced in the patient's best interest. Kuddos to Dr. Heidi, Mr. Jackson, and Laura for putting their patients first

I’ve had nothing but excellent experiences in the two years I’ve been seeing Nicholas. The staff is friendly and completely professional, and works hard to make sure you are comfortable and well taken care of. Not only has Nicholas been able to almost completely remove the damage I went through from a 10 year experience, but he has also worked hard to ensure that my treatment continues going well and helps me manage my medicines as well as my mental state. I actually look forward to my visits to the office because it/they have done so much good for me. My family is amazed at how far I have come in only two years seeing him. Thanks to them I got my life back! I’m not sure about what all these negative reviews are, this is not a one star place. I have been to another psychiatrist and she did not listen Or care about me or about what I wanted. The staff here is the total opposite. They actually care about you and work hard to make sure on their end everything you need is supplied. They give you orders if you are to take medicines, but if you do not follow those orders bad things can happen and they do make you aware of this disclaimer. Follow the doctor‘s orders and everything turns out fine. Perhaps the vengeful and threatening sounding reviews below (posted on the same days?) had a bad experience but no one else I know has and I’m a new person now who got my life back thanks to them. I would recommend them to anyone as well as my family and friends. My results have been so stellar that I trust them completely.

Nicholas Jackson is a compassionate, thoughtful, and brilliant professional. Working with him gives you the sense not only that he cares, but that he is actively fascinated and invested in helping you. I have been working with Nicholas for two years and I genuinely look forward to seeing him and Laura. He listens to his patients and goes above and beyond when working with them.

Every step taken towards my recovery journey with Nick (My Psych,) Dr. Erikson, and Laura have been steps in the right direction, and steps towards mental clarity as well! Nick is very personable and I have never felt misled or that he was cutting corner like some psychiatrists. Ive been working with the Tri County Center for almost 2 years now. My family is happy with the person I have become.
