Tri County Pools, Clearwater FL

We had a great experience using Tri County Pools. Erik and Ada stayed in communication and kept us updated through the entire process. They valued our thoughts and concerns, and they (along with Marty and his team) took pride in their work. We are happy with our new pool and would highly recommend them!

Overall, a very good experience. From the time they broke ground until we were in the pool was about 4 months. Some of the delay was pool mechanical equipment because of chip shortages. Wait time to start was about 3 months, including the design process, and selection and ordering of equipment. That's pretty good compared to most of the other company projects we looked at. Marty oversaw the project and Rob was always responsive to our questions and needs. It's definitely a messy process so I would recommend holding off on landscaping until they are done, especially any grass (sod) and smaller plants like crotons. It's hard on the plants. The bigger palms did fine. The workers were respectful, amazing, and very hard working in spite of the heat. We have had many complements on our pool and we are very happy with the final results. After doing tons and tons of research, I decided to use TriCounty for our new pool instillation. I was honestly terrified because of all the pool horror stories. To my pleasant surprise, TriCounty eased all my worries and surpassed all my expectations. They broke ground on 9/1/23 and the pool was filling up by 1/3/23. Everything from the initial consolation to the final inspection happened without a hitch. I highly recommend TriCounty. You won’t regret it.

The ordering process was easy. Sales personnel Eric and Ada were on top of the project from start to completion. Marty and his crew at Tri County stayed on top of all issues during the installation. We are happy with the pool results.
