Only visited once to exchange a product that was incorrect. However, they exchanged it with no problem and there was no upcharge for the replacement. Good people! The shop is tidy, organized and the Cleanest store I've seen in a long time.

Awesome small hardware store which also works on all your power equipment. They also sharpen Lawnmower blades. Very clean and well run.

They have a wide selection of new tools made by Stihl and Echo. Tri-County Saw Shop also has a repair service that is well-known and can fix most any problems that you can run into.

They have a good supply of saws, mowers, weed eaters, good supply of parts, a nice and friendly staff, and a good mechanic

Steven was a great help in deciding which mower was right for us, and we absolutely love our BIG DOG zero turn. The seat is great for my bad back and it does a nice even cut on our lawn and has the power to mow the parts of our horse pasture that I maintain. Plus it has cut mowing in time in half and it's as much fun as riding a go-cart!

Husband and I were on the hunt for a mower deck pulley. Went to a couple mower shops, auto parts, hardware, farm supply with no luck, well none we were will to spend the $$$ for.
