Excellent service at a very competitive price. They were on time, fast, and picked up all the debris and took it with them. Total time - less then three hours. And the crew was personable and eager to get things done right. I'll be using them again.

Made an appointment for an estimate to remove a tree or two. Day of appointment no one showed up, called to confirm and was told our appointment had been cancelled—but it wasn’t cancelled by me and no one called me to reschedule. The customer service rep didn’t know what happened and didn’t have an answer for me. They did offer to have me send a picture of the tree/trees I need removed; however, I had already lost faith in the company as they cancelled my appointment without notice and the tree I need removed has power lines and a building around it and would need to be looked at in person. We will contact a different company.

This company is the absolute worst. The schedule staff doesn’t know how to schedule appointments, puts the blame on the techs for not calling, assumed you’ll be available whenever they show up unannounced and not call to schedule an appointments. You have to do that. My service started in March, they finished last week. They claim 100% satisfaction, not true. The first tree cutting crew was great. The project manager was involved. I told them at the start I need a particular spot finished first because I have a shed ready to be delivered. That section got finished last week. My shed has been ready since the end of February. Yes, my project started in March. It doesn’t and shouldn’t take 2.5 months or longer to do a large job. The things I requested were in the estimate, many of these things weren’t done and definitely not to my satisfaction. I understand that every leaf and twig won’t be picked up. I also understand that the yard won’t be smooth like glass. My yard looks like a bomb went off. There are ruts, stumps, roots, branches left. Trees I requested to be cut weren’t. Clean up is non existent. I spoke to the person who did the original estimate again stating how things were left. I told him I’d send him pictures and before I could he sent me another estimate for $5000.00. I had already paid them approximately $15,000.00. They also did work in my front yard and was told it was cleaned up, it wasn’t. I can’t cut the yard in a certain section. Completely unacceptable! Enclosed are some pictures of how my yard looks today. Do not give them your business, trust and money.

Team six was absolutely wonderful. They did a great job, they were polite, and very helpful. I highly recommend this company I have used them for many years.

Honest, responsive, knowledgeable and professional. Site review and estimate was informative and fair. The crew safely and efficiently removed a problem tree, ground out the stump and trimmed other trees to reduce wind resistance and promote healthy growth. Tri State was very friendly and professional. They made sure everything was roped and secure before cutting. Price was fair for the work done. Would recommend.

I contacted other competitors and they quoted a higher price and told me they could not get to my jobs for 2-3 months. Tri-Sate had the best price and they were on the job within 2 weeks of giving their initial quote. I will never go elsewhere for my tree work.

Professional staff kept me abreast of what they were doing. Daniel also answered my questions about the type of tree being removed and even gave me suggestions about the use of the wood itself. The staff was very friendly, and did a thorough and detailed job. All the branches and stumps were removed from my backyard. They did a great job and I will certainly be calling back again for further services in the future.

My only complaint with Tri-State Tree Service is there seems to be a disconnect between the appraisers who come out to price the job and the cutters who take out the limbs from the trees. I ended up being charged an additional $300 because the tree cutters weren't planning to take out everything that I discussed with the appraiser. But the job was done very well in the end.

Crew 6 arrived on time, introduced themselves and then reviewed the required work with me. They were thorough and verified that the result was exactly what I expected when the job was complete. Crew 6 was friendly and professional. They did all that they could to ensure that there was no damage to my yard from their heavy equipment and cleaned the yard of all debris meticulously.

Tri-State Tree Service did a great job, extremely polite and friendly! They removed two huge Bay trees and trimmed several 50ft+ high Pine trees hanging over the house. Thank you.

Daniel and crew 11, the Vikings, were great. They came prepared to please, very positive attitude, and accommodating with each task. Daniel taught me about my citrus trees' health, growth patterns and fruit bearing processes. They turned a sour day into a sweet evening, no pun intended.
