We used Tri-Town Construction to put in a large sliding glass door. This involved tearing out the wall, window and old door. It also required engineering and permitting. They took care of everything. The work was outstanding and it looks like it has always been there. We were very pleased. Recently we had a stucco repair required after the hurricane. They came right over and got it done. We purchased a home in the town of Fort Myers Beach in February 2022. The home lacked a third bedroom and bath, which could come in handy for our family. After interviewing several other companies, we settled on Tri-Town Construction to take on the work. Marc, was thoughtful, responsive, and knowledgeable. Plans were drawn and we were ready for the permitting stage.then Hurricane Ian hit. Living in Indiana, we did not have other resources in Southwest Florida so I reached out to Tanda Hogg, my project manager, on what were to do with this catastrophe. Not only was she quick to respond, but also was quick to reassure. Tanda was at our home a day after the island was opened and had Tyler there assessing the damage. We moved quickly from an addition to a restoration! I can't be more at peace with Tri-Town handling our home. Everything Tanda promised has come to fruition and all details are being handled.right down to saving a few articles we asked to salvaged. The home at this point is gutted, demucked, and, demolded. We are ready for permits. Tanda and her team are getting all items ready for the insurance adjuster to ensure we are compensated appropriately. I am impressed with their knowledge on the 50% FEMA rule and am comfortable that our home will be restored. I can't speak highly enough of the professionalism Tanda and her team have presented and look forward to the restoration of the home and eventually the initial addition!

In the wake of Hurricane Ian, I had great difficulty getting any response from many other companies. Tri-Town answered their phones and I was so pleased to reach someone who has been so empathetic and helpful. They were very responsive and had someone quickly evaluate my home. I have spoken with Dominique and Candy and both have been incredibly patient and helpful. Thanks for being so helpful during this disaster!

I was trying to get a quote on the damages from Hurricane Ian and the guy on the phone Antonio was extremely rude to me. Wish this kind of behavior would stop especially after this tragic natural disaster!

I just completed a whole home remodel with an addition using Tri-Town. I could not be happier! While my project was not an inexpensive one at all, the quality of workmanship, professionalism from each and every staff member and subcontractor, and turnkey beauty that was my end result is by far unsurpassed. It is breathtaking! While we had some understandable hurdles in getting our appliances and some materials quickly those delays were explained by Tanda Hogg and Dom in the office each time and we fully understand how the pandemic has effected everything. I can't even get milk some days! We plan on using Tri-Town on our dream home build in the next couple of years although now, I hate to leave this gorgeous vacation home they gave us. Kudos and more kudos to such an amazing company!

Was told 100k was doable for a garage.they asked for 13k upfront for drawing.then came back saying 248k but totally stripped down 154k plus the 13k.needless to say I'm out over 13k and no garage.update.they are claiming I'm trying to black mail them to lower price.we have it in text from marc and they just wanted the 13k cash. I paid it they doubled price and now I'm out 13k and a building.my time frame was up they knew they had me cornered and that's why they doubled it.very dishonest people be aware.snakes

Painted and roofed my house. Did a great job at a great price, on time, communicated well, and followed through with their promises. Will be using them again!

Amazing experience! We had pocket doors installed where there was just a wall. Tri Town had to break down the wall, build and insert frames and rebuild, texture and paint the wall. The project is complete and you would never know those pocket doors were not part of the original build! From Don, a master carpenter who took care of our home like it was his own, to Junior, a fabulous painter who was so meticulous that he wouldnt leave until it was perfect, to Jay, the project supervisor who was here at least twice a day checking on his crew and the workmanship.this was a fantastic experience. I couldnt praise them more. In fact, we are in the beginning stages of using them for another project! They are an amazing company but what makes a company amazing is the people who work for it and I cant say enough about this crew.
