Absolutely best pool service provider by far. Always the same technician arriving for the day of service. Pool is always perfect!

I was a client of Triangle Pools. I have a camera system at my house and my neighbors are retired. We noticed that Triangle wasn’t showing up to clean consistently and If they did show up, they were gone in less than 5 mins. They continued to bill me. When I challenged this and cancelled the service, they assured me that they have GPS on their trucks and that the techs were there. I asked for verified copies of this information to substantiate the bill 8 times and didn’t receive it. Instead, they sent me to collections. Also, they NEVER communicated in any way, shape or form for the supposed weekly services that they rendered which were verified to have not happened. The only communication was via bills that continued to come even after I requested to terminate the service via email. I now have my legal team addressing this. If I could give less than 1 star I would!

My current pool service is even willing to sign a sworn affidavit confirming the filters were not cleaned, the cell hadn't been cleaned in at least a year and that the pool needed a level of chemicals not conducive of weekly cleaning. It's interesting that others have also had the same complaint that Triangle didn't show up when they were supposed to. It's a shame that time and money must be wasted fighting fraud such as this. I would have been more than willing to pay the $75 owed for the last month had the services been rendered and the GPS info - that TRIANGLE confirmed they had available while on a recorded line - had been sent. Even after this, it has not been sent or offered yet they continue to bill me plus interest. I have never been late on a bill in my life or refused to pay one that was actually owed for services rendered but I will absolutely fight this on principle alone because this place was SO terrible to work with and DID NOT perform the work. I also put my request to discontinue service in writing via email with a read receipt that was ignored, billing to continue. Rude, uncommunicative and shoddy work.

Yelp reviews of this place are also on point if you are looking for more reasons why this is a REALLY bad idea to hire Triangle Pools. Everywhere I look online there are 1 star reviews with similar stories. I am just sorry I didn't look at this BEFORE calling them but they were recommended to me by someone I trusted. We have since had a conversation.

In reviewing one of the MANY road rage incidents reported. I find it VERY interesting that your response was touting the GPS info that you also told me you had yet won't provide after 8 private attempts and one very public one:

Sorry about your experience. We take distractive driving very seriously with our employees. Did you happen to get a truck number on the back bumper? All of our vehicles are tracked with GPS monitoring and have front and rear cameras for us to investigate this matter and look further into correcting in our employee. Hey Triangle, tell this guy to get off his phone while driving in the morning. Slamming his brakes on with no one in front of him, crossing the white lines, doing 45 mph on HWY 19. Good way to get into an accident.

I canceled triangle almost two months ago to switch to a new provider because triangle provided terrible customer service, get raising rates without notifying me, my water quality tests were coming back out of wack, and just a terrible experience overall. I was sitting out in my backyard half naked and I triangle employee let himself in my gauged area without notifying me when I don’t even use them anymore. I am so tired of this business and hope the come back there again so I can call the cops. Terrible terrible business. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Have been using Triangle for the past year for pool cleaning and maintenance. Overall great customer experience and I would highly recommend them. They work like a large company but still give you a family-run business kind of feel.

As a Property Manager. I have found Triangle Pool Service to be one of the best in all areas. They are professional, quick to respond, and fair with their pricing. Triangle is my "go to" service for the communities I manage and they are very much appreciated.

Received call back promptly after I left a message. Received a call the morning of the repair as promised and Kevin arrived when he said he was going to arrive. Quickly diagnosed and solved the problem and made sure everything was working properly. Very professional, fair pricing and would definitely recommend.

A gentleman named Kevin an experienced and knowledgeable pool service technician help me with a warranty issue on my pool operating system he replaced the part and instructed me on how to better utilize my pool system. His professionalism and knowledge were both greatly appreciated, thank you Kevin.

I am a property Director at a Midrise community, I have obtained service through Triangle pool and I am pleased with their work. I also been communicating with Kathy from the office and she very helpful. I would definitely recommend their services.

We contacted Triangle Pools for the purchase/installation of an electric pool heater. Mark was quick to respond and came to the house to assess our particular needs regarding unit size, features etc. Mark was friendly, professional and made the whole process easy. He was knowledgeable and responded to all questions and any text communications. A pleasure to work with! The two technicians that came for the install were absolutely awesome! Quick, efficient and friendly. They took their time to explain everything we needed to know to get started. I highly recommend the Triangle Pool Team and will use them for any future service. Very good pricing as well!

Just had Ernesto service my pool heater, extremely professional and knowledgeable, fixed my issue right away at a reasonable price.
