Trichom Health Center, Pinellas Park FL

I’ve been going to here for a couple of years now & I truly couldn’t be happier. Their staff is so friendly & happily answers any questions you may have. In office, they have a ton of info about different dispensaries! My appointments are always quick because they send over the paperwork via email before the appointment. Highly (yes, pun intended haha) recommend them for all medical cannabis needs!

All the doctors are very nice there. Brittany is especially nice and very helpful. I was having problems getting into the state's website to renew my card. I told Brittany and she got into the site and got me renewed. I highly recommend Trichom!

What a great experience! Centrally located, and sooo cute inside. Paperwork and payment was done online so easy check in and out. The doctor was very nice and easy to talk to.

I highly recommend Trichom Health Center. The staff was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. Their website explains everything you need to know and is extremely transparent about the process, pricing, etc. In person, everything was thoroughly explained again and they were incredibly helpful in filing all necessary paperwork/paying state fees. It was very easy to book my appointment and they had a lot of dates/times available. I am grateful to be under their care!

I had such a great experience with this facility. They were so helpful and explained how everything worked.

Took my mom here for her renewal. Was given her senior discount without asking, scheduled and paid prior to her appointment. All paperwork was done and completed online prior to the appointment which was awesome! No wait time. Dr. McDowell was knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. Oh and the receptionist was very nice and helpful. All questions were answered professionally and without the pressure that had been felt at the previous medical marijuana clinic that I took her to. I definitely recommend this facility.

I had a great first time experience. The doctors are wonderful. The receptionist was awesome, she had to resend me my paperwork so I could continue my appointment. I just wanted to say thank you! And thank you to the nice woman who found my ID. I had dropped going back to see the doctor. Everyone there is great!

They do not return phone calls, and my card expired all because they refused to return three (3) different phone calls/messages that I left for them. Avoid at all cost. Their reviews are all fake, paid for.

The receptionist, the manager here are amazing people who work hard and help patients with medical marijuana. The doctor doesn’t judge he listens and is educated so much that he doesn’t make excuses he gets the job done. Thank you everyone and Doctor Brian Macdowell I am where I’m suppose to be with my medical and I appreciate everything you did and keep doing!

I went here yesterday great place staff is very kind and friendly I saw Dr. Andrew he is very nice and understanding. I would definitely recommend going here for your medical card.

Called at 10: 00am and was at the dispensary by noon. Top notch place with a fantastic staff. I've already recommended them to my friends.

I had a wonderful first-time experience! I am a new medical patient, and I was referred to Trichom by my sister. Crystal took care of me up front and she was very nice, thorough and explained how everything would work with the state and had everything taken care of and ready to go after I got out of my appointment with the doctor. I saw Dr. Andy Esch who was VERY knowledgeable in answering any and every question I had about all of the things! LOL. At checkout too, I was able to meet the owner Alicia, who is just a doll! She was very nice and answered a few other questions I had and gave some great recommendations of which dispensaries to visit first. Everyone was so nice, and so welcoming and made me feel very comfortable in an area I am very unfamiliar with! Thanks guys! I will absolutely be back and will recommend you to everyone I know!:)
