Today I feel so grateful.because I bought my beautiful townhouse in the Huntley Park community, our management company. Trident Community Management.is one of the Best! We love our represented. Mrs. Hutchinson has taken her time to explain to me the community by-laws and the article.also, was hand on when our roof project was about to start. I see some people complaining about her time to respond. I have been living in Huntley Park for 10 years and believe me, she is the only management company that has done Her JOB!
My response to people who like to complain is to be the solution and not the problem.

I've given Brie multiple opportunities over the past three years, but have been consistently disappointed. From basic tasks like updating contact details to addressing violations, I've struggled to find positives. Serving as a board member for a year also didn't change my experience. I hope others have a better experience in the future.

Brie began working with our association almost 2 years ago. With her incredible insight our community went from very poorly managed to outstandingly professionally managed.
