I am writing this review to share my extremely disappointing experience with Trident Miami, under the management of Vanessa and George. My encounters with them have been consistently negative due to several key issues:

1. Unfulfilled Duties: The level of attention and service expected from a property management company was unfortunately not met. Issues were frequently overlooked, and the overall management approach felt neglectful.

2. Apartment Condition: Upon moving in, I was confronted with the distressing state of the apartment. It was not only poorly prepared for new tenants but also had a significant bug problem, which is a major health and hygiene concern.

3. Lack of Responsiveness: One of the most frustrating aspects has been the lack of timely communication. It routinely takes over a month to get a response to any complaint or request, an issue that has been persistently overlooked by Vanessa and George.

4. Overall Poor Management Quality: These experiences cumulatively reflect poorly on Trident Miami as a whole. The lack of proper management and tenant care is not only disheartening but also unacceptable for any tenant seeking a reliable and comfortable living situation.

Summary: I would strongly advise potential tenants to consider these issues seriously before engaging with Trident Miami for their housing needs. The level of service and living conditions I have experienced fall far below acceptable standards.

It was great to work with Alfonso Moncada and Trident Management. They are top notch with their property management services and professionalism. Highly recommend.

I am a tenant of the building that is on 11 Pennsylvania for more than 4 years and I congratulate you as administrators, good work, efficiency when responding to any situation or any problem presented on the property, Vanessa I congratulate you for responding and solving any type of problems that arise, your professionalism makes you unique.

Rosana was exceptional with her service, if I could give her 20 stars I would! I highly recommend the company, they are professionals and patient while solving the problems.

I am a condo owner, and board president of a small 16-unit building in Miami Beach. Our prior company was not transparent and was overcharging us on several items, and I was more than happy to fire them. The building next door to ours was in immaculate shape, and I asked the contractor who manages it, he said Trident. Unfortunately our relationship started out rocky, and continued to be frustrating. We went through 3 assigned property managers, all of which were horrible at communication and their jobs. After they quit we decided to give Trident one more chance, as they are honest and reputable. (which is impossible to find in Miami)

We received a gift with our new property manager Catherine. She immediately ended the lack of trust we had and changed our outlook. Catherine is an excellent communicator. On top of her game and extremely organized, she always returns calls and truly cares about our small building. We are grateful!

Thank you Trident and our building GM Dan Santana. I have seen a dramatic change for the better with operations and the construction projects being executed by Dan. I can't wait to continue to see what's in store for my investment in this condo community.

Exceptional Professionalism and Timely Assistance

Non- responsive to inquiries & requests for services. They fail to provide the customer service that is basically the definition of their job description.

I have very good service with the manager Alfonzo Moncada. He immediately responded to my call and helped me perform good services at the front door of different communities. He will take all the needed time to help you.
I am happy to work with him.

It is a great pleasure to have someone like Mr. Dan Santana working on our property as manager. First of all, he is very neat and groomed and has a professional demeanor. He is personable, articulate and very efficient in his job. Also, he cares about any requests, good listener and a very good problem solver. We are truly fortunate to have someone of his caliber working here. I thank him for his kind service and the company for bringing him on board!

This is the worst property management company I've ever had contact with and the worst service I've ever had in my life. It took them a long time to respond to my inquiries and you will not get any result or action to resolve your issues. I wrote to them a bunch of times, but instead I received a message that someone would be sent someday, and even that did not happen. They couldn't provide internet access for weeks; when I moved in, the apartment was dirty and they refused to re-clean it; there were a lot of insects crawling around in the apartment and they said to wait 2 weeks before they could do anything. This is completely absurd.

I have extremely positive feelings about Trident. I have just begun working with them. I am truly impressed by their professionalism, reaction time to my messages and extensive services. Thank you Alfonso for all your help.
