Trident Title, West Palm Beach FL

I hate to do this because the realtor was the one I trusted, yet when a title company sends me a request for a "survey" with a $390 fee I wondered why? The buyer did not request it, nor did I, identical townhomes need surveys? So i went along with their fee and showed up 1 or 2 days after to the closing table, After I was reviewing the the fees I realized that the survey fee they quoted went from $390 to $800 in 1 to 2 days? I asked the closer to please find out why this is? She walked to who I believe to be the boss Victor maybe, and this guy didnt even bother to come out of his office, she just returned and said it is what it is because we needed to work on this survey alot harder that we thought which makes no sense that I dont see why a survey would be done to begin with, yet they raised it to $900, I was upset and recieved no follow up with anyone considering Ive been talking to people in the industry for decades and they had one word "scam"

I was deeply upset that my own realtor didnt defend it other than repeat what his title co said, So now im about to close on my new house and my realtor happen to mention that this title co is the one for the new house as well, My realtor realized also that these are the same people that screwed me at closing, we chose of course to use a diff title company.we will never ever use these people again.thats what these companies dont realize, once their pulling stunts like this, word gets out fast.especially in my world of connections to business and people, I will always spread the word, whether good or bad.

I've been using Trident for a while now, and have loved my experience with them. They have done over 15 transactions for me and have exceled in every single one of them. I always working with Victor and Stacy, and I must give credit where it's due. Thank you both for being amazing.

ATTENTION REALTORS! Be very careful with this title company, without notify you from the beginning and after having an Escrow check they take the liberty of holding the funds for 10 Business days, which are about 15 calendar days, even they have a Release and Cancellation signed and they do not return the money before because it is their policy unless you want to give extra information about your client, they are very good and fast to receive the money but very dirty to return it and leave your client out of search another property for that time.

DO NOT use this company! The seller picked them, they were nice at first but don't ask questions or question them at all. Pay close attention to your closing documents especially the taxes! Poor service Zero Patience. I had Deanna she always made sure to let me know she knows it all and better.and God forbid if I had to contradict her with my concerns. You walk on eggshells and hope they will accommodate you! And you pay for the shaming experience.

Terrible never return calls messed up on several items but would never return calls find another title co if you can

If I had it to do over I would have never selected this company. The communication was poor and they screwed up my closing documents causing me to lose $1,000 at closing. When I called to discuss it I never got a call back. Save yourself the headache and go with anyone other than Trident Title.

As a realtor I frequently refer Trident Title to my clients. They are very attentive to their clients needs and communicate every step of the way

They do what they say! They are competitive. Very pleased with them in the end of my refinance.

Update: Come to find out my loan package was incomplete, and missing documents. Wether it matters or not is up to the judge but they were quite nasty with me blaming me for the missing closing documents. Lol Becareful.
