Doctor will not return calls and if you are a new patient be sure to have medication from previous doctor because I been trying to get med for diabetics and cholesterol and doctor has not refilled it.
Customer service is deceiving when you go in they are all nice and then when you need something you are ghosted because will not return calls or refill existing med.
Big mistake in Doctor selection gave them one star because I could not give them a zero

I have been a patient at Trinity for years and always saw Miss McAllister PA who is wonderful but last year they hired a new PA and I was assigned to her. She is rude and obnoxious, talks over me when I try to explain things, refuses to accept responsibility for her mistakes. I've spent hours on the phone with my insurer who has also tried to get resolve to no avail. Finally spoke with the primary administrator who also tried to deny responsibility for their mistakes and kept suggesting I find another PCP. Be aware that if you go here, pay careful attention and carefully review and research. I was put at serious risk because of my experience at Trinity and have filed a grievance with a number of agencies.

Would not answer the phone. I could not get a referral for an emergency eye injury. After calling most of the day.

Do not waste your time over there you will never get your medicine on time they always like they don't know what they're doing it's like a bunch of trainees they're always changing doctors trust me do not waste your time going to this place you're better off staying at home sick then going over there they're nothing but trainees

I used to love this doctor’s office. The wait is always over an hour regardless of how early you arrive. You never see a doctor. It’s always a nurse practitioner. I’ll be looking for a new doctor.

I have been going to the Lakeland center for the past 2 years because they were highly recommended by a co worker. Iris Holbrook is the one I always see, she is amazing, professional and extremely knowledgeable and explains everything. Also the staff is very professional and the best is that you don't sit there and wait for hours.

I have been getting outstanding Medicare Care from Trinity Medical Center since 2005. It doesn't matter which Doc. Or Nurse Practitioner. They all Consistently looking for the cause if my aliment not just to treat the symptoms.

Trinity Medical Group is awesome on Lakeland Hills Blvd.l love Rosie with her knowledge, goes beyond her call of duty every single time! Dr. Harcourt is always professional with special understanding and empathy for his patients. Excellent sense of humor. Best doctor that l have seen in a very very long time! I would know as l have been in the medical profession for 50 years! Go in and see him! You will appreciate his work as a doctor as well! Thank you Rosie and Dr. Harcourt! Actually, the whole staff as well. Thank you all!

I tested positive for covid 19 on Thursday and called to have some medication sent to the pharmacy. I was told that it would be sent over on Friday, it never was. I now have to possibly expose other people by going in to the emergency room. Very unprofessional.

We WERE TRYING to have a primary care doctor having moved to Lakeland. We were there for the first time. I was excited they have D. O.doctors and claim to be Faith based. So I took my wife she had a 3: 30 appt. Were told to come 30 min earlier for paperwork. We got there at 3: 10 and 5 people ahead of us. I went back to the car to get masks and the wife was still waiting. The front desk check in person gave a man some papers as she was not at the desk. He left we have my wife's name and she said why are we late. I said we had been standing there for a few min. She said no your late. I said the appointment is 3: 30. I said it won't take 30 minutes to fill out the paperwork. She said it would. She said she would have to ask the doctor. She left and came back at 323. She told us he said she would have to reschedule. I said NO. The appointment was 330 and no patients ever get called in to be seen at the time of their appointment. Patients have to wait many times hours. I canceled her appointment and would not reschedule. I also canceled mine for the next day. There were two of us to fill out the paperwork it would take maybe 10 min. This lady was ridiculous rude and totally unprofessional.
I READ THIS HERE OVER AND OVER AGAIN. WHEN ARE THE DOCTORS GOING TO REALUZE MOST OF ALL THE COMPLAINTS ARE ABOUT THE RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF.
Our time is also worth money. My wife is a RETIRED PHYSICIAN HERSELF! IM A COLLEGE professor.

Rude and ridiculous. So I called the Watson Clinic in the Highlands and set up with a DO there. The staff was kind and friendly.
Don't waste your time here. Until the doctors find better staff your health issues will not get better.
You will certainly be more stressed and angry.

Should have been a traffic cop. Dr Brahn was more focused on telling me what to do instead of discussing the problem with me that l came there for. He also would not give me a referral to a kidney stone dr. The spine center was not good either. After 2 visits the Dr Chiorpracter.never gave me a adjustment but instead handed me a poorly written paper with a few stick figures on it.poor!

Steer clear, terrible staff, terrible service and forget getting a referal, I finally got a referal and waited 5 weeks to get in and the place called 5 mins before I left for appt and told me they didn't take my insurance, pathetic!

Been a patient with Trinity for about 10 years now and truly have nothing but good things to say about the doctors, nurses, and staff. I have got to know many of them and enjoy my visits and healthcare they provide.

We were looking for a new medicare advantage plan provider for us and we saw an ad for this group, Called and made an appointment for today Saturday at 11 AM
They called back yesterday to confirm and today when we went there
the office was closed and no one was there.
If this is the way they do business you better look for someone else.

First time doing lab work been sitting for over a half hour already. I am not the only one I have three others in front of me. I will not ever have them do lab work again. Second only see a p.a. No doctor

The lady at the front desk was rude. The way she spoke to me when I was just a little late was unbelievablely disgusting. I'll be taking my buisness elsewhere.

The nurses don't do there job and they tend to not listen to the patients. 2 years of them continuing to make mistakes and then I was told to not argue with them about treatment that I have say so in. Remember you work for the patient and WITH the patient to coordinate treatment not just tell them what you want.
