Triple Creek Amenity Center, Riverview FL

Absolutely beautiful. So many amenities and activities to do, beautiful walking paths, a dog park, fenced in basketball court. Everything is always beautifully maintained

For what is paid in HOA fees. There should be more amenities. Fitness center is not large enough for the amount of people that live in Triple creek. Also trees along the road need to be cut back, especially for vans or trucks driving by. Lastly I was told there is no fishing in triple creek and people are always fishing including those that pull up in vehicles. You cant identify if they live here or not. Lastly on a good note, Its a nice neighborhood to walk or jog and scenery is pretty.

The Amenity center is top notch for an HOA. I love that there's a lap pool and splash area separate from each other. The gym is small but has most if what you would need for a complete workout. My only complaint is that when it gets busy it's hard to get a good workout in.

Behind Warren Dawson is the community center, where there is a basketball court, pool with slides and fountains for the younger children. Not many trees in our community so driving is better especially if you live in the front of Triple Creek, otherwise bike, rollerblades ect will be a hike to the back and most little kids can't handle the heat lol so most parents in the area know this already, but for outsiders coming in DON'T DRIVE FAST and be considerate of the community, and have fun with the children. Oh and there's a dog park back there as well. Will post pictures next time if I remember lol
