I spoke with the owner yesterday which was a Sunday to have my tank pumped. Unfortunately he couldn't get someone here. He then texted my at 720 this morning seeing if I still needed help. Within an hour they were here. The guys were very professional and hard working. I highly recommend Triple S Plumbing!

I will never use anyone else for any plumbing or septic issues! Super friendly. Super responsive. We had a back up in our plumbing lines due to a full septic. They called me not knowing if they would be able to get out to me today due to a truck issue. I explained my situation that I had an autistic son who refuses to use the bathroom with anything being in the toilet. He assured me he will make it happen for us. And within a hour they were here. They found the septic tank very quickly. The two guys were very friendly and gave us good pointers on what to use and what not to use. I'm very satisfied with SSS plumbing!

Excellent work, on time, did the work very competently and left the place clean.
If I have need I will use them again.

I feel Triple S Plumbing tried to scam me. I made the appointment a week in advance. I told the secretary it was the only weekday I could have the work done. I asked her what time did she think the plumber would arrive. She said my area was the first in the morning the plumber would go to and he should arrive around 8-8: 30am. At 9am I called the office and the secretary told me the plumber was at a job an hour away but they would be at my house as soon as they finished. At 1: 30pm I called the office and the secretary said they went to another job in a different town an hour away. I asked if they would have time for me and she assured me they would. The plumber showed up at my house at approx. 3: 30 and told me he would be charging me time and a half to do my job. I immediately called the office and the secretary said, oh yes anything after 4pm was time and a half. I asked why since I had an appointment, she said that was just the way it is. I said won't pay the time and a half, she laughed and said you'll be back. I spoke to the owner, he said he would do the work on Saturday at regular time. I asked to send me text or email stating it would be done at regular time. He did not. On Friday he called me at 3: 30pm and asked me to change my plans that evening so he could come to my house and work. I agreed. I waited a couple of hours and he did not show up. Nor did anyone show up on Saturday. I feel this was a scam, they knew I needed the work done and even though I had an appointment they held off doing the work at my house because they thought I would pay them time and a half rather than the straight hourly rate they had quoted me.

I had a “semi-emergency” plumbing situation today. I called Triple S at the recommendation of a friend and I can’t begin to speak of how highly satisfied I am with their service. They came within about 2 hours and fixed my issue in a timely manner with 100% professionalism. Kevin and Lloyd are top notch! The receptionist was very helpful and friendly as well. I highly recommend Triple S Plumbing for any plumbing needs you may have!

Scheduled septic pump on Thursday for Friday. Was told I'd be 2nd call of the day (after a job in Ocala) but couldn't even give me an approximate idea on ETA only that he'd call 30 minutes prior to arrival. By 11: 45am still no call so I call to get an update. Was told truck broke a hose and had to return to the shop but lady assured me I'd be serviced on Friday. Waited all day and night - NO SHOW & NO CALL BACK.

Poor communication & unprofessional. No excuse for leaving a customer hanging. If you can't make it - tell me! My time is just as valuable as yours. Positive reviews are probably family.

Would not recommend, we called triple s Wednesday or Thursday and they told us they would be here to pump out our septic this passed Friday before new years eve, Friday came so we called in the morning and the lady couldn't even give us a window of when they could come, then we called again around 12pm and the lady still couldn't tell us when but said they were coming and that they would call 30min before, so we waited. Never called us. Never showed up! Worst customer service I've seen in my life!
