The worst experience ever. They give no upfront charge. I entered a pick up address and a drop off address that was 6.3 miles. They charged me for 20.54 miles. They are giving me a hard time about issuing credit for the overcharge in miles plus the say there is a $10 flat rate charge which is not mentioned on their app or showing on the inflated receipt they sent. I certainly do not recommend this company nor will I ever use them again.
