Trips Diner, St. Petersburg FL

Really love the St Petersburg location. Great food and service! Hate that they close at 3 everyday now. Dont get off from work until 5 and too far for lunch. Miss having dinner here atleast once a week!

It was my 1st time at Trip's and I invited my friend who hasn't been there either! I could eat here every day We both had the Avocado Toast and my friend had the Gluten free toast for hers! It was so tasty and the egg on it accented the taste.to die for! Everyone needs to come and sit outside.it was beautiful out and every one of the staff was accommodating and smiling! Thanks again we will be back with more friends

They know how to make eggs but the corned beef hash is not so good. The biscuit was served with no butter

My mom came in town and took me here for a birthday breakfast, and I had the Florentine which was fantastic! The As well as the eggs. And the thick cut bacon is GREAT! It's so thick!

Service was excellent. Wait staff is "well oiled machine". Food was plentiful and delicious. Served in a timely manner. Very pleasant experience. Recommend highly.

I wasn't a fan of the Eggs Benedict, but it was my first visit. My wife and daughter loved the Egg Platter and Steak meals. Friendly staff, good atmosphere and reasonable prices.

The food was basic fare for a diner. Great atmosphere and service, even though it was busy we only had a 5 minute wait. Parking was lacking, we walked over a block to park on the street since there is less than 12 parking spaces.

Been coming here for about 20 years and I don't think I ever had better service than I had today! The food is, well as it should be: wonderful Americana Diner fare. But Bobby really made all the difference today. I came in not in the best of moods had just dropped my dog off to be spayed and I'm worried about her. I was there about 5 minutes and found a smile on my face. He was attentive without being annoying. He was offering to do things for other workers and kept them smiling too-it was effortless not overdone. We need more people like him in restaurants and pretty much anywhere else I can think of.
You really do need to stop in I think breakfast is there best effort but I've been there for lunch and dinner too it's all good.

Great diner with great food! There is an avacado toast special right now, and my millennial bum is THERE for it.

The home fries were on point, thin and crispy with fried onions A+ would order again.

We were in the area because of a weekend getaway and found this place. The service from Dene was great! She was friendly, efficient and helpful. We ordered a hubcap and the breakfast Cuban. Both things were delicious! We will definitely come back the next time we are in the area.

Pumpkin pancake thick, tough and did NOT taste like pumpkin! Sausage patty burned/well done/ dry! Coffee and service good!

Great food. Good service. Reasonable pricing. Parking is the only reason we don't visit more often. Feel bad for the residents who have to put up with everyone parking up and down the block. Must be hard to sleep in on a Saturday or Sunday. Terrible on a rainy day.

My husband and I absolutely love trips diner! We ride our bikes up any free afternoon for an always delicious breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The atmosphere is a typical diner with indoor and outdoor seating, usually seat yourself unless busy (which is common). The menu is extensive and has plenty of gluten free options, perfect for me because I have Celiac's. I have brought my whole family here and recommend to everyone. It's perfect for a quick bite or a nice get together over good food.

Whoa whoa whoa.excellent selection, atmosphere, VERY classy well spoken attentive staff! Obviously the food looks unbelievably to-die-for I wouldn't even care I'd come here if all they served is white bread lol but a amazing place. VERY all around the board 10 stars! Food is unbelievably unstoppable.beautiful selection.great chefs, staff. I could go on and on! Very impressed!

It's a good restaurant with very good food and awesome service. I go there a lot. It's close to my house also. I have been going there for years.

This place is a gem of diner. Staff is pleasant and the wait in our case was not to long. I suggest getting there early but it seemed table turn over was good. The decor as well is pleasant, and the food outstanding.

Went for breakfast 2 weekdays in a row during recent visit.really enjoyed Trips a lot. Had good food, service and conversation both times. Staff seems to work together well. Fair prices.

Went for the first time today and the first thing that hit me was the amazing smell of freshly cooked bacon! Originally from New Jersey and know Diners, and this is by far the best experience in St. Pete. Awesome staff and clean! Loved the club sandwich and can't wait to come back for breakfast!

This place is a true tribute to Saint Petersburgs "community feel". When us locals experienced Irma and lost power, Trips was the only place up and running and feeding us hot meals the next day when no one else could. Best grits ever! Soul food! We love the kitchen staff for what they put out! Best place for breakfast lunch and dinner, hands down. Thank you Trips!
