Disappointed! Dr. Trogolo delivered all three of my babies, I moved out of state and I’m pregnant with #4, and very uncomfortable going elsewhere, prior to moving I had ALL my records sent over and was told they were pretty full but would make the exception as he had delivered my previous children. Today, the day BEFORE my appt i am told my appt was cancelled and I’m left with out a OB @ 15 weeks pregnant because “ April is FULL”. I know with my insurance, I won’t have a problem going elsewhere however, I did expect so much more as a fellow healthcare worker. Especially, because it seemed he was much more compassionate as a employee at North Florida OBGYN than he is at his own practice, perhaps hiring a highly regarded FEMALE obgyn and a very competent scheduler as I’ve learned the person who scheduled me was let go, would be a start.

My experience with Dr. Trogolo and every single person on his team has been nothing but amazing! Everyone is incredibly kind, patient, honest, professional, and efficient. They truly care about your well being and have the best attitudes. I delivered my baby with him and had the best experience. His bedside manner is wonderful, he advocates for you, and solely has yours and your baby's best interest in mind. He was a Godsend. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I originally wanted to have my first baby with a midwife, but opted for an OB for a few reasons. I wanted a natural birth with little to no interventions. Dr. Trogolo answered all my questions and was open to just about all my concerns and requests. He is very knowledgeable as well. I am glad I did end up going with an OB due to having to have a cesarean. I am thrilled with his work. The scar looks AMAZING and it’s small. Recovery has been speedy. Highly recommend.

I went to Dr. Trogolo to discuss how I believed that I had endometriosis because of my symptoms. As soon as he walked into the room, he dismissed my concerns. He did not listen to me and proceeded to write a prescription for birth control, even though I told him that I have had an adverse effect to many brands/forms of birth control. The appointment lasted under five minutes. Before he tried to run out of the room, I told him that I was concerned that have endometriosis and he recommended an ultrasound. I trusted his judgment because he is a doctor, therefore, I neglected to do my own research on whether an ultrasound was necessary for my particular concern. However, weeks later after the ultrasound was performed, Trogolo told me that an ultrasound itself cannot detect endometriosis and that everything looked fine. So basically, the ultrasound was a cashgrab and did not address my concerns. After the appointment, I contacted another specialist. Now, I am officially diagnosed with endometriosis and have gotten the help that I needed.

His wife, Christy, is very sweet and personable, but also prescribed me birth control despite my reluctance. They would not even discuss surgical options with me because I am “too young, ” even though I am an adult and requested more information about it. If you have the same concerns, I would not recommend Dr. Trogolo because he is just another doctor that gaslights patients.

I just had my baby a few days ago and as a first time mom my experience was absolutely amazing! This office, the whole staff and Dr. Nieves are all the best. Dr. Nieves took the time with me at every appointment to go over questions, the process and took every measure to make sure me and baby were taken care of the entire way. Thank you so much!

Excellent experience with Dr. Christen Trogolo exam. I am her new patient and so glad that I selected her office as my new obgyn doctor. She took her time to exam me and read my records and ask questions without rushing. She was careful with her exam method to prevent discomfort, for the first time my exam with an obgyn was done with no pain. So happy to have her as my new dr!

After my OB moving out of state I was in panic mode trying to find a good doctor… well I came across Dr. Trogolo’s office after checking out many doctors and their reviews his office stuck out to me the most and let me say from the first day I started getting treated by him it’s been amazing and it’s only been 2 months! He makes me feel comfortable and like he’s been my doctor for years and it’s a plus that I can talk in Spanglish to him! LOL The office is always impeccable and the bathrooms… his front office staff is AMAZING when I called to make my initial appointment I had all the questions for them and they even let me speak to a nurse without being established so I could feel at ease. They got my referral to ROC quick, his nurses are also amazing they always ANSWER the phone with a nice and positive attitude and are very helpful…. AMAZING experience to say the least. If you’re looking for a new doctor you won’t regret choosing this office

I wanted to love this office because it was highly recommended to me by a friend. First, I would like to say that I do not doubt the care and attention they give to pregnant ladies! After switching OBGYNs for the 3rd time (because I felt like I was not being listened to) I tried them with hope. They were gentle and soothing.but they did not help me and ignored my conserns. I said I had tried birthcontrol pills in the past and I did not want to do it again because they never helpped and at this point in my life counter productive. I said I wanted my levels checked and maybe to check for other conditions like fibroids etc. The doctor literally refused and said BCP was my "best option". They were not mean however, I am done with OBGYNs who do not care for the woman. I left deflated and again felt like because I am not a pregnant woman my needs are not worth their time. If you are pregnant or just need yearly care and BCP by all means I hear they are wonderful. If you are looking for answers and help with feminine issues.you may want to go somewhere else.

Dr. Trogolo and his team are the best. They are professional, patient and great people. They make you feel like family. I totally recommend them.

I absolutely LOVE this office. Can't say enough nice things. I switched to Dr Nieves at 31 wks from another obgyn. The staff are wonderful and so sweet. Dr Nieves is amazing and truly cares about your health and well being. Highly recommend to anyone!

Dr Nieves is a saint. He delivered my baby in October and it was a pleasant experience. The staff is always so kind and I’ve built a relationship with all of them. They always made/make me feel comfortable and are so attentive. The doctor has called me himself to give me test results and let me know he’s sending meds or not. They took really well care of me my whole pregnancy and I’ll definitely be back every year for my annual and next pregnancy.

My wife sees Dr. Nieves who is absolutely amazing! My wife is pregnant with our 3rd child and out of every other doc she had previously he truly is the best! Not just Dr. Nieves either but his nurses as well as Amanda Caswell from the front office. She has gone above and beyond her job description to help my wife and I find resources because we have CHAMPVA health insurance and Florida hates it! They took my wife on a single case basis and helped us find resources for a breast pump and other things my wife needed. They are 100 percent in my wifes corner and that is a first time for any doctor she has ever had! Also, if this doesnt sell them I dont know what will. When I looked for a doctor and no one would accept us another OBGYN office told me "Dr. Trogolo's office is the best in the area" so even other offices say that.

Great people, Great Atmosphere and I feel confident that they can deliver my son!

OMG! I just want to share that AMANADA who assisted with scheduling my first prenatal visit is nothing less than AH-MAZING!
