I had had good experiences with the company and even recommended them. I have even made many shipments with them. But this year they have had a pathetic service, they do not respect people's time and have no apparent justification for the delay of the pick up. If you don't want to have a bad time, don't occupy them. Low quality of service too much

They offer a door-to-door service and once the package arrives in Venezuela they tell you that they do not have a route for the destination it is placed. Only major cities. They should give this information before receiving the packages because you are paying for a service and then they cannot complete it.

Excellent shipping company, they are safe and reliable, they repackage and have very good prices. Your opportunity for improvement would be the optimization of delivery times, but the delay is compensated by making door-to-door shipments.

Then I had a problem with my box, it arrived open, the carrier apologized that it was a national guard inspection at a checkpoint, the box was missing a product and I received products that were not mine, they were not responsible. Saying: that everything was opened and placed as it was. I lost over $170 in merchandise.

Terrible service and delivery, they never pick up the phone.the box arrived in poor condition, contaminated. Shipping took place on October 3rd and arrived yesterday.

Terrible service! They don't respond, I've been following them for a week, writing and calling in Orlando to have them pick up some boxes and they responded to me weeks later, when I gave them the information to confirm the pickup, they were just as ignored! A week later I write again and I'm ignored again! If the service were free, great, but no! They play with our time and money! Total irresponsibility, I would never recommend them!
