Order was shipped a day late, did not get trophies in time. When they finally arrived. When I complained, employee Nathan said they "were looking into the matter, " and insinuated I was a '****head. ' Then they somehow blocked me from their website for 2 months, so I couldn't leave a review.

This is the second time I've ordered from Trophy Kits. The plaques are a nice addition to the wood projects that they were put on.

Wrong columns, smashed columns, cracked columns, scratched columns, missing rods, LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE

Over time, the kids trophies get damaged, either because, well, kids are kids, or we moved from one house to another, or they are put in a box and something heavier gets put on top of them. A little of all of that happened here.so.we bought replacement tops for a few trophies.
They are PERFECT! And didn't break the bank!

We placed 4 separate orders with them through their website. We are in Texas and Colorado, but received the shipments timely and as promised, actually, ahead of time. Every order was exceptional as far as the quality and the spacing on the award plates. We had over 100 award plates engraved on bronze and it all went seamless. Thanks.

This was my second order with Trophy Kits and it was just like the first. Product was on time and exactly what I wanted. I really like the online plaque designer. I was able to experiment with different fonts and wordings to get exactly what I wanted. Trophy Kits is the only place Shopping was fast and item was packaged well.

A great website and Awesome customer service make this my go to company for awards! We have hosted over 5,000 tournament participants the past two years and they really like the awards they receive. This is the 2nd (Motorcycle) Trophy Kit that I have purchased from TrophyKits. Both purchases were easy to design and were shipped very fast to me. Time was of the essence on the last Trophy ordered, It was for a Defenders LE-MC motorcycle club member who had posted the "Most Miles Ridden" in 2019. I received the Trophy and presented it to the recipient who in turn passed away 2 days later. This trophy definitely put a smile on his face and made that day seem more more bearable. He also won the most miles ridden trophy in 2018 as well. He will be missed!

Followed my directions and final product was exactly what I wanted at an acceptable price and time frame. No complaints here!

My son's trophy figure broke years ago, and I finally had the bright idea of looking on the internet for a replacement (the internet wasn't around when the figure broke!). Lo and behold this awesome website popped up (basically the only one of its kine). I found the exact replacement figure at a very reasonable price! The order arrived quickly and was just the right size for the old trophy base. Made me and my son pretty happy! Thanks all!

I ordered a Multi Tier Trophy (4 levels 57 inches total) for an intramural corporate league that didn't give them out. When we won the Championship I knew we need something to flaunt in the office. This Trophy is currently sitting on my desk in the center of the office and gets constant attention. This place is fabulous! I have ordered trophies from here for several teams many seasons in a row and they never disappoint! This particular order just sealed the deal for me though. I was having trouble sending the info i wanted on the name plates and then the payment expired which meant it wouldn't be shipped in time for our banquet. I recieved multiple emails and calls from Tommy helping me keep things on track so that my 5 year old boys could have their trophies in time. Without Tommy's help and persistence we never could have pulled it off. I'm happy to say that tracking says i should have them in a few hours (right when we need to leave for the banquet)! I so very much appreciate the hard work this company puts in to ensure quality service and products!
